Nine Songs of The Moving Heavens (天行九歌; pinyin: Tiān Xíng Jiǔ Gē) is a prequel series to Qin's Moon also made by Sparkly Key that began airing in March 2016. The first season ended on July 5, 2018 with 60 episodes.The stories stars Han Fei, a student of the Confucius school and a prince of the Han Kingdom, traveling back to his homeland. During his stay, he meets up with Zhang Liang, Wei Zhuang, and Zinu. Together, they create Quicksand, a group dedicated to wrestling back control of the Han Kingdom from its top general, Ji Wuye. However, many other forces are conspiring over control of the Han, and the situation becomes more and more complex.The series is currently available on Tudou and Youtube. |

Downer Ending: As with Foregone Conclusion below, anyone who watches Qin's Moon will know that Han Fei will die and the Han Kingdom he's trying to protect will fall to the Qin. In Birdsong in Hollow Valley, Nong Yu's assassination attempt fails. Moya gets fatally wounded and dies, allowing Baifeng to escape in the process with Nong Yu, however Nong Yu, who has poisoned herself, reveals to him that she cannot be saved, as there was no cure for it. She later dies after playing one last imaginary song, leaving Baifeng all by himself. Baifeng then gets approached by Hong Lian and Wei Zhuang, who are the ones who planned the assassination, only to be told that he was too weak to prevent Moya and Nong Yu's deaths. |
