Because you knew, deep down, that it was just a matter of time…An audio series on YouTube based around the popular background characters from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic series, Doctor Whooves and Ditzy Doo, a.k.a. Derpy Hooves.The series commences when the TARDIS materializes in the area outside Ponyville. The Doctor steps out, bewildered at his arrival in such a colorful place, and is even more surprised to find that Ditzy can talk when the two encounter one another. She tells him that all ponies in this land can talk, and that he himself is now a pony, much to his bemusement.The Doctor surmises that the TARDIS has brought him to Equestria to participate in an important event, and when the Doctor tells Ditzy this, she suggests that it could be the upcoming Summer Sun Celebration. Mythology Gag: In Episode 6 preview: "Pretty soon, everyone is gonna be asking you, 'Doctor Who?'" Silence will fall when the question is asked... Derpy also calls the Doctor "Grandpa," intending it as an insult in Episode 6. The First Doctor was, in fact, a grandfather before he regenerated. And potentially the Tenth Doctor as well, considering he now has a daughter. The Doctor from Doctor Whooves Adventures kept getting Derpy's name wrong at first, and before he heard her name he called her Georgia. In Wrong Way Backwards Part 2, events in each show reference each other for this part, such as the assistants/companions refusal to refer to The Doctors as The Doctor. Anyone who has watched a Multi-Doctor episode before knows that having two doctors in the same place and having them argue... is not in any way, shape, or form, an unusual occurrence, such as what happens in Wrong Way Backward Part 3. In Star Struck, the Doctor receives a makeover that includes a leather jacket but remarks that he doesn't have the ears for it, a clear reference to the Ninth Doctor. In the same episode, Hoity-Toity suggests that a nice, long scarf would suit him better, a reference to the 4th Doctor. Photo Finish tells the Doctor that "Green is Not Your Color", the episode name she first appeared in. The villain in the episode is named that Gakamooze by the Doctor. (Gak has often been advertised during certain episodes.) It was compared to the Nestene complex, a plastic villain. It eventually calls itself the Smooze, an antagonist from the 80's cartoons. | |

For example, the first three episodes take place during "The Mare In the Moon - Parts 1 and 2" and episode four takes place during the Winter Wrap-Up, with scenes of Doctor Whooves from the episode used as reference for what he's doing. The Christmas Special takes place just after the end of the play in "Hearth Warming Eve" and reveals the Windigo's presence in pony history is the Doctor's fault.
