It is published by Vault Comics.In 2027, aliens made contact with Earth and humans discovered that they were not alone. They offered humans the chance to join a more civilized universe.And then they realized how much of a shitshow Earth was.From there, humans gave up on space travel, deeming it too expensive and not worth the time.
