Man of Dreams is a Naruto fanfic by ckret2 (tumblr). It is a Slash Fic shipping one-sided Hashirama/Madara, (HashiMada) which does a good job of deconstructing many of the tropes of that genre, lampshading its own tropes and playing with gender and sexuality in general.Many years before the events of the anime, Hashirama is involved with the Forever War between all the clans. He begins to hear of a legendary shinobi named Madara, and then slowly becomes obsessed with him.
