Sex Note, written for the Death Note Anonymous Kink Meme, is a Death Note Alternate Universe Fic in which Light does not pick up a Shinigami's tool for killing people, but an Incubus's tool to aid in all things sexual. The different powers this 'Sex Note' gives leads Light down a different and far less murderous path towards improving the world.Though the concept sounds like prime Crack Fic fodder, the work resists falling into Porn Without Plot, instead being a fairly serious exploration of an alt-power Light who can improve the world using far less harsh means than murder.
