The story's popularity in the Pokepasta community has lead to it also having a few adaptations, including, but not limited to:A Fan Film by Shaded Scythe Studios, a Fan Game released on the site GameJolt, and a later game by Reidd Maxwell, famous for the game adaptation of Pokémon Lost Silver and its remake, their game is made in the same engine as Lost Silver.The film can be watched here, while Reidd Maxwell's game can be found here. Angie notes how this would imply the events the code uncovers should be something intended as part of the actual game. Reidd Maxwell first released his game adaptation as an easter egg in “Re: Lost Silver”.
