The story takes place 5 years after the anime events. Shu Ouma, the boy who saves the world from GHQ and Da'ath, tries to have a normal life. However, once he starts making contact with people who have died to the effects of the Apocalypse Virus through mysterious visions, he starts to doubt that his normal life would start soon. Realizing that his friends and love are stuck in a never ending war with his crazy sister, he thus decides to venture into the mysterious void realm to bring an end to the conflict and save the people dear to him.
