Private School is a 1983 American teen sex comedy film directed by Noel Black, starring Phoebe Cates, Betsy Russell, and Matthew Modine.Christine (Cates), a student at an exclusive all-girls private school, is in love with Jim (Modine), who attends an academy for boys nearby.
