It was directed by John Krish, written by Krish and Michael Gilmour, and produced by James Ritchie. The film's purpose was to combat trespass on Britain's Railways. The premise is as follows: A young boy is sitting on a railway bridge remembering a school assembly given by his headmaster telling the pupils that "The railway is not the game field".
