Sargeant Napper and Corporal Vance, two marine guards onboard the "Cerberus" in The Wake of the Lorelei Lee, decide to take out Daniel Conolly, a young and pretty Irish boy, to rape him and also express interest in Jaimy when he offers himself instead.
