Tom later says he "swapped the horse out for the car", implying that the two are somehow one, yet both continue to exist at the same time. At the end, Tom summons the horse to his aid, and it briefly appears, but later on Lorenzo is nowhere to be found, but Tom's car is in the garden. What?
