It is the first full-length entry in The Never Mythos.Onolo is a quaint Mexican village located off the coast of Salina Cruz. It isn't particularly remarkable, and the residents live in normalcy, with disturbances to the peace — rare occasions like the attack of a mad spree killer in 2000 — seldom known. In May of 2001, however, a strange slab appears on the beach, drawing the attention of some of the residents, and this heralds the sudden appearance of a horrific, shapeless beast which rampages through the village. As the village recoups, an amnesiac man who only remember his name as “Mr. Bright” washes up on the shore, bringing news of an alternate dimension he was trapped in he calls the City.
