Jelly is normally a wobbly, delicious food. But sometimes, characters in fiction can bounce on large moulds of jelly-like trampolines. Don't ask us how they avoid getting stuck in the jelly itself. May well be a common feature when platforming in Level Ate. The Mouse World is another setting where it is often found, and more justifiable due to the smaller size of the protagonists. If the jumper ends up being trapped inside jelly, it becomes Gelatinous Encasement.
