Tomoharu initially has trouble with taking Aki's feelings seriously because he thinks Aki only thinks he's into Tomoharu because of the whole underwear thief thing. Later in the first chapter, the two get abducted and Aki gets them out by incapacitating their captors. Tomoharu falls for Aki right then and there, and though he speculates that he could just be under the Prince Charming effect, he decides that it's genuine and the two start dating. This is directly referenced and parodied by Yamase and Kisaragi's Meet Cute: Yamase is walking home one evening when a bag snatcher runs right into him and their heads get bashed together. The owner of the bag is of course Kisaragi, who's so love struck that he recalls Yamase's accidental act of heroism as a hell of lot more dashing and dignified than it actually was. | |
