One of the big four of Swedish Death Metal, along with Entombed, Dismember, and Unleashed, Grave was founded by singer/guitarist Ola Lindgren in 1986. Generally favoring a Three Chords and the Truth approach instead of a more technical sound (with some slight digressions into Doom and Industrial territory) Grave has been going strong for over three decades, and shows no signs of stopping yet.Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_mobile_ad_1'); })Discography: Into the Grave (1991) You'll Never See… (1992) Soulless (1994) Hating Life (1996) Back from the Grave (2002) Fiendish Regression (2004) As Rapture Comes (2006) Dominion VIII (2008) Burial Ground (2010) Endless Procession of Souls (2012) Out of Respect for the Dead (2015)

Gorn: Generally a bit more subtle about it than most Death Metal bands, but they do delve into it on songs like Severing Flesh, Brutally Deceased, and Deformed.
