This role play is quite simply a Massive Multiplayer Cross Over role play for the Sporum, while neither the first Play-by-Post role play with this name nor premise; it is easily the largest of it's kind on the sporum, dwarfing it's many imitators in size and popularity by a large margin. Though it's detractors often call it dumb, uninventive, or childish, all of the five dimensional clashes have so far been amongst the most popular Role Plays in the Sporum, with the Fifth one being the biggest by far. It's almost certain that the Sporum incarnation of Dimensional Clash had it's origins elsewhere (probably the mr.saturn proboards) but this article is not about them. On the Sporum, this role play started as an idea of a friend of the user ShadeofMoose18's, but Shade wasn't feeling up to the challenge of being game master so he contacted Magnus, who obliged and created the first one in June of 2009; during the glory days of the Sporum. That died after one hell of a riot as people got bored and the series was buried under other role plays. Then he made a second one, that also died after another hellishly fun riot. Then the series went on hiatius until December of 2009, that also died. But then, one user dubbed Tyrannolodon's Uncle who had taken control of the account of one returning players decided to revive the series in September of 2010, resulting in Dimensional Clash IV, which lasted the longest out of the series, but eventually died when Tyrannolodon's wife was confirmed as pregnant, thus forcing him to leave. Then the series went on another long hiatus, one that finally ended in late February of 2011 when Tyrannolodon finally made another sequel, resulting in Dimensional Clash V; the latest and widely regarded as the best of the series. This one has become so successful that it reached a whopping 1000 posts in both it's OOC and IC threads in a month; quite an accomplishment in a forum well past it's glory days. So far the Fifth Dimensional Clash has the strongest plot, involving a challenge issued by Khorne from warhammer 40,000 who has grown bored, though Tyrannolodon has revealed that this is not the only cause; as Khorne is also using this tourney to create enough rage and hate to give him the power he needs to enter the material realms and drag this into it domain in the warp. This page will primarily be about V if you haven't guessed that already. The Premise of the series is that some force is plucking great figures from across the Omniverse to do battle, this has remained unchanged throughout the series, though in the Fifth one it was revealed that Khorne is the force behind this particular dimensional clash; the largest of it's kind. The figures, called champions, are brought to a specific universe whether it be the Death Star, Cybertron, or Middle Earth; this place is referred to as the Location. After a certain condition is met, the champions are brought to the next Location, though they have the option of returning to previous ones if they so chose (an option that no one has ever taken advantage of.)So far Dimensional Clash V has become the most popular Role Play of them all that is still around, breaking numerous Sporum records and it is quite likely that it will surpass Beastly Experiments, the biggest role play in Sporum history; if it manages to reach all twelve acts. Indeed it is intended to be the last Hurrah of the Sporum, a way of ensuring that it's role play community goes out with a bang rather than a whimper. While some other role plays have bigger OOC threads (mostly due to being around longer), DC V's IC thread is almost unrivaled in size and activity.Dimensional Clash V has been succeeded by a series of new Dimensional Clash roleplays. Each has been influenced by DCV, and some characters from DCV appear in the new set of roleplays. The first of these new R Ps was Dimensional Clash VI, the Apophis Tourney, which was then followed by Dimensional Clash VII, the Dester Tourney. Both of these roleplays remain unfinished to this day. The 8th DC, Dimensional Clash 8, is in its final stages of writing. Dimensional Clash IX, the newest roleplay in the series, began on March 18th of 2017.

Anyone Can Die: Let's look at the list of characters that had died already. Hmm... Oh, here we have Kirby, Link, Ryxeo, Jazz, Tigger, Bill Gates, Gorestio, Hobbes, Andy, Ironhide, AND Optimus Prime, who had a ridiculous amount of plot armor. And I'm sure a few of those were cheap deaths.

Gatling Good: The Imperium of Man loves this trope, bringing in assault cannons, punisher gatling cannons, and vulcan megabolters, and thunderfire cannons, while The Lone Wanderer brings in his Minigun, Gatling Laser, Rotary Automatic Grenade Launcher, Triple Plasma Caster, and Gauss Minigun. Yuri's Army/Epsilon goes beyond merely being fond of this trope and can be said to have an outright fetish for gatling weapons. Toad's attack train was also equipped with a set of Gatling guns. I am Heavy Weapons Guy. And this, is my weapon. (Though in this RP, Heavy is made of yarn a la Kirby's Epic Yarn, keep in mind that the bullets fired from his minigun are just as painful as bullets from a regular gun.)

Non Sequitur: Half of Ramjet's dialogue, the other half is Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny! in the ambigously canon parody letter column Ask Ramjet, John Egbert states that he doesn't even know where he is when Ramjet talks after reading his bizarre response to a letter. That is to say, a conversation with Ramjet will leave whoever he's talking to so baffled that they lose all sense of their location.

Darker and Edgier: By Sporum Standards Dimensional Clash V is incredibly dark and mature, the characters have a total kill count higher than the number of stars in the milky way galaxy, much higher. Brutal, gory deaths are common, the villains are horrendously evil, many of them don't merely go out of their way to find dogs to kick, they actively breed dogs for the sole purpose of kicking them. That is not to say that the role play doesn't have it's silly moments, but it's currently the darkest Sporum role play around. And it's easily the most popular one too.

Sliding Scale of Villain Threat: Most Dimensional Clash Hosts are by definition Multi-universal level threats at the very least and some go as far as to be multi-metaversal threats. But Khorne, host of the Khorne tourney is unique in being an omniversal level threat. If he succeeds he will more or less bring about the end of the omniverse as we know it and turn it all into part of his realm, a place of eternal war, rage, and hate. Nemesis Prime probably has the highest level of villain threat out of the destroyer lords so far, while all planned on omniversal devastation, Nemesis had a very well coordinated plan to do so and has a much larger resource base than the other three had.

Evil Versus Evil
Sporum Dimensional Clash (Roleplay) / int_1645005b
comment
Evil Versus Evil: The primary conflict. You have the Tzeentchilists (who include the typical heretics, traitor guardsmen, chaos space marines and daemons as well as the Space Pirates and Epsilon/Yuri's army) fighting the Khornates fighting the Nurglites fighting the Slaaneshis fighting the Tyranids fighting the Necrons fighting the Confederacy of Independent Systems fighting the Army and Underlings of Derse fighting the American army fighting the Decepticons fighting the Champions (who include such charming fellows like the Stalinistic Soviets from the Red Alert series, Nazi freaking Germany, the Imperium of Man from warhammer 40,000, The Orks, and the Autobots.) The American Army and the Autobots are the only two of these that haven't massacred millions of sapient beings (or more) for shits and giggles in their recent history. It's starting to fade into the background with a greater emphasis on heroism over the dreary futility of evil vs evil. The Conflict between the Liege Maximo and The Fallen is this trope personified. They are both members of the thirteen original transformers (though The Fallen is one of the seven great primes, while the Liege Maximo is not.) The Fallen, also known as Megatronus Prime was created as the guardian of entropy and the warrior of darkness, the Liege Maximo was created to be the ultimate evil counterforce of good. Their natures made it inevitable for both of them to betray their brothers. As a deity of order, good, and light, Primus was practically the antithesis of Megatronus Prime and the Liege Maximo, so no form of stable relationship was possible. Megatronus Prime betrayed his brothers to join Primus's opposite, Unicron, lord of chaos, evil, and darkness. The Liege Maximo was given the offer to join Unicron, but refused after he learned that Unicron intended to destroy and not subjugate the omniverse, while Megatronus Prime embraced Unicron's goals. After Unicron and the two traitors were banished, Megatronus Prime and the Liege Maximo fell into endless conflict, opposing each other as the embodiements of the two evil forces of Destruction and Domination. The Liege Maximo put a seed of evil into Primus's creations, creating the majority of the Transformer Metaverse's Decepticons who are ultimately loyal to him, but The Fallen became the originator and master of the Decepticons from the Tyran Multiversal stream, stealing them from the Liege. Ironically, the positions are reversed in the Khorne Tourney. The Liege Maximo is backing the Destroyers, while The Fallen is backing the Dark Alliance.

The Worf Effect
Sporum Dimensional Clash (Roleplay) / int_178ca149
comment
His first act in hypermode is to demonstrate The Worf Effect to Samus Aran herself by charging at her so quickly that even to her suit's scanners he still appeared to be an almost invisible blur and then punched her in the chest so hard that she was sent flying a mile backwards into the air. He then proceeded to kick the asses of a large portion of the champions (in the span of ten seconds) and when the Lone Wanderer fires his Gauss minigun at him, he decides to show off by dodging each and every single, individual, solitary bullet fired by the Gauss minigun. Now it is up to the Meta, Aradia, and the Strider family to bring Commander Kharvhal down. The Meta, Aradia, and Dave Strider are capable of manipulating time allowing them to keep up by slowing down time enough to counter Kharvhal's Flash Step Spam enough for them to keep up (and keep in mind that Dave and the Meta are extraordinarily fast and agile individuals already and shining examples of the Lightning Bruiser trope, though the Meta is of the fast moving bruiser type while Dave is more of the hard hitting speedster), and Bro Strider is capable of keeping up with Hypermode Commander Kharvhal all on his own.

Papa Wolf: John's dad immediately proves himself to be this, beating the crap out of the ten foot tall, genetically engineered, extra organ stuffed, and power armored clad Chaos Space Marines as if they were nothing, not to mention that he PUNCHES OUT A CARNIFEX that would make a t-rex piss itself; right before he kills said Tyranid by smashing a cake into it's head so hard that it obliterates it's brain and shatters it's armored carapace before dropping down, grabbing it by the tusks and hurling it at more Tyranids. Mind you the carnifex weighed some 36 or so tons. Don't mess with MANGRIT. He also tore off the power claws of a chaos dreadnought, mounted them on his own fists; and made his punches even deadlier and quickly demonstrated this to said Chaos Dreadnought by making a mockery of it's foot thick adamantium armor. Optimus Prime considers the other champions to be like his children, especially the younger members. He also extends his fatherly nature to other sapients. When he finds out that Araghast brutally murdered everyone in a Cragnon city, he gets very; very angry and swears to hunt Araghast the Pillager down. Optimus makes Araghast and Dark Ridley; two of the most genuinely evil and monstrous of the Villains in the series; choke on their crimes when they threaten his men and Corobo For the Evulz when he faces down them, Magnus Von Grapple, Clockwerk, An Heroic Rank King Oni, and an Heroic Rank fully upgraded Avatar warmech. Despite being outnumbered six to one, he beats the ever loving shit out of each and every one of them and either very gravely injures or outright kills all of them. Invoked again; the dead xenoverse crew threatened John's life in front of Optimus and paid for it via severe ass kicking. But ultimately, even the Papa Wolf mode was't enough to save Optimus from Nemesis Prime's cheap shot.

The Juggernaut: Bjorn and Davian Thule are definitely the straightest and most mundane examples of this trope. Volkov also fits the bill, it's much easier to just redirect his momentum if he is charging at you than it is to try and stop him. The Combined Soviet-Imperial-Ork-Nazi-Autobot-Galactic Republic-GDI-Allied army is also this trope when it gets into gear; cranking out an endless sea of men and materiel and driving anything before them under a tidal wave of war. When Optimus gets into ass kicking mode, he is this trope. He easily defeats four major villains and two king mooks who can't even manage to land a single hit on him as he chops off libs in every which way. Thunderwing is the penultimate example of this trope, up until his irresistable force met the immovable object that is Godzilla. Godzilla's very strongly charged atomic breath beam is noted as being the first thing in Thunderwing's million year long history of destruction to have ever actually stopped one of his charges.

Nigh-Invulnerability: Volkov is the posterboy for this trope, he has never been seriously hurt or threatened once throughout the role play despite having taken quite a lot of hits (the worst he ever suffered was Jack redirecting his enormous momentum into a building which collapsed on him). It is outright stated that Volkov could survive a nuclear bomb at point blank ranges and has defeated a full blown battleship in a gun duel. His Dog, the Cyborg Siberian Husky Chitzkoi also fits into this, being every bit as durable as it's master. Araghast due to his heavy armor (he has the equivalent of nine suits of terminator armor and six suits of artificer armor's worth of plating protecting him) and numerous layers of shielding (three dark halos, three rosarius's, three conversion fields, three reductor fields, and the equivalent of three marks of tzeentch) in addition to his body's immense toughness (if he weren't bound to his armor and you were to shoot at his exposed head with a .50 caliber machine gun at point blank, you could use up an entire 150 round belt and you wouldn't give his skull even the tiniest fracture, or even break the skin for that matter.) Indeed the armies of the Champions unloaded pretty much every weapon they had against him and they literally didn't even put a single scratch or scorch mark on his armor or even actually damage any part of his many layers of shielding. But he found to his dismay that he wasn't totally invulnerable when he faced Optimus Prime, whose Energon arm blades could cut through his shielding and armor and actually cause his shields to fail entirely due to the special properties of Energon, which in addition to giving extra Absurdly Sharp Blade properties similar to Necrodermis blades and points, also makes weapons made out of the stuff huge producers of kinetic energy like heat energy, electrical energy, and electromagnetic radiation meaning it also burns, electrocutes, and irradiates in addition to cutting through stuff without effort. Painis Cupcake is an example as well, for attacks landed upon him only fling him into a frenzied rage and make him go UBER. Breaking the Chaos Heart's barrier downgraded Ultimate Dimentio from complete invulnerability to this trope. So now instead of the Champions, Tyranids, and Dark Alliance having no chance at all, they now have some very slim odds of defeating the Monster Clown to end all Monster Clowns. It is still impossible to hurt Ultimate Dimentio unless you hit him in the head, and even then you must bypass his many magical defenses and hit naturally extreme resistance to harm. Defeating Count Bleck was a relatively quick affair, defeating Ultimate Dimentio and his two fellows will be a nightmare of epic proportions.

Khorne has been the most powerful being in all of existence for all eternity due to the sheer amount of rage, hate, and violence in it, Tzeentch just like his warhammer 40,000 counterpart is the god of hope and is evil to the core, Nurgle is the third most powerful being in the omniverse due to the great amount of despair and plagues in it, and let's not go into Slaanesh. The strongest of the Good deities are far below the higher tier evil ones in power, and the forces of the warp and the furthest ring are beginning to spill into the normal omniverse.

No-Holds-Barred Beatdown

No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: Given by Optimus Prime to Araghast the Pillager, Lord Crump (piloting Magnus von Grapple), An Heroic Rank Greater King Oni, a Heroic rank Fully upgraded Avatar warmech, and Dark Ridley after receiving one from them himself. After getting beaten around by his six giant opponents, he brings forth his inner warrior after Araghast ridicules the virtues of chivalry, virtue, and honor as anachronisms held by dead men and speaks of brutally murdering the Champions, starting with the younger members (some of whom are as young as eight), and then having the audacity to offer to spare his life if he joins the forces of Chaos. Not to mention the fact that he was already quite enraged at Araghast and Clockwerk as the former had quite possibly killed Jazz and Bumblebee before Prime's very eyes and the Latter had harmed a child and had just chowed down on another Sapient being and Prime thinks that Ridley has just killed the Lone Wanderer (in reality the Lone wanderer was jumpjetted to safety by a Tau Crisis team.) To be specific on the beatdown handed by Optimus, Araghast gets clocked in the face hard by one of Crump's rocket propelled fists after it was cut loose by Optimus who severed the hand off of the mecha, and once again when Optimus destroyed his shielding with his energon blades, chopped off his right arm and eight of his tentacles as well as his entire right wing, cut the fuel line to his wrist mounted flamers causing them to ignite upon contact with his superhot energon blades, thus causing Araghast to be sprayed by his own burning promethium, then Optimus stabs Araghast in the stomach with his Energon blade and shoots him point blank in the chest with his Ion Blaster. Ridley gets his right mandible sliced clean off by Optimus's arm blades, then gets punched the chest; sending him flying backwards, then he later roundhouse kicks Ridley in the face and sends him ass over teakettle once again, then later Optimus Grabs his head in an armlock as he fires his breath weapon forces his head to point at Clockwerk; sending the beam towards the cyborg eurasian owl before Optimus forces his mouth shut which results in Omega Ridley's breath weapon being forced back into his body and seeking the path of least resistance out; blowing several holes in his body, then Optimus slices off his left arm and beats him upside the head with it before punching him in his third eye and once again sending him ass over teakettle. Lord Crump's mech as mentioned before gets it's right arm cut off at the elbow just as he throws a rocket propelled punch, later when Crump and the Avatar are trying to double team prime, he ducks under the Avatar's combined ten laser death ray, allowing the composite red beam of doom to impact Magnus von Grapple's in the chest and more or less obliterate the mech; forcing Crump to eject and abscond the fuck out of there. The Avatar Warmech probably gets the worst of it, when it's crew tries to use it's flamethrowers filled with purifier napalm on Optimus, Optimus forces the King Oni unto it's knees as it fires off it's eyebeams and Optimus then forcefully turns it's head around to point at the Avatar's fuel tanks, causing them to explode and completely cover the mech in fluid that burns hotter than the surface of the sun. A bit later it tries to re-enter the fight, much of it now being partially molten with large scabs of cooled slag everywhere, it fires off it's ten laser death ray but as the beams combine into one lance of doom, Optimus just ducks under it and lets the beam knock Magnus von Grapple out of the fight. The Mech then fires off it's massive arsenal of missiles as it tries to charge for another shot; but Optimus blows up the missile racks with his Ion Blasters, causing it's missile stores to detonate inside and blow large holes into it's armor. Finally just before it's beams can fire, Optimus circles around and slashes it's back mounted power generator, causing a short circuit and a feedback that causes the Avatar to explode into pieces no bigger than a man's fist. The King Oni as mentioned before is forced to it's knees by Optimus, who leapt up and grabbed it's head (it is one and a half times taller than prime at forty eight feet tall) and turned it's head just as it prepared to fire it's eyebeams so that they would end up impacting the Avatar's flamethrower fuel tanks. Also a bit earlier; when it tried to punch Optimus, he ducked under it's massive fist and jabbed one of his energon blades into it's right flank and knocked it down. It's final moments were when it tried to fire off it's shoulder mounted missiles, which Optimus dodged as he charged up to it and jammed his right blade; now in hook mode into it's left optic, used that as leverage to pull himself onto it's shoulders, jab his other hook into it's other Optic, and pulled apart his head in a shout out to Grindor's death in revenge of the Fallen.

Beam-O-War: First appeared when Omega Ridley fired his flaming-phazon-kinetic breath weapon at Jack Noir, only to be met with his Red Miles. Omega Ridley's beam lasted only a few seconds before it was totally overpowered, and the power of both beams blew up in his face, sending him flying head over heels. Has also happened in Jack Noir's ongoing duels with the fallen, with his ring generated Red Miles going up against the Fallen's Entropic Lances. Each and every time neither beam was able to defeat the other, causing the beams to explode after a momentary shoving match. This has often resulted in entire planets or solar systems being destroyed. This happened again in a Flash Forward scene where Jack Noir (now ascended to Bec Noir) and a even more mutated Omega Ridley have a rematch. When Omega Ridley's beams meet Bec Noir's green meters, the result is best described as a tactical nuke.

More Dakka: Tyrannolodon loves this trope. He has the Orks who coined the term, the Soviets who come in such large numbers that they can drown you in Ak-47 rounds, the Imperials who bring this in the form of heavy stubbers/autoguns, Assault cannons, Punisher Gatling Cannons, Vulcan Megabolters, Thunderfire cannons, Heavy bolters, Autocannons, Stormbolters, and so much more, the Forces of Chaos who use most of the above weapons, The Lone Wanderer's minigun, Yuri's army/Epsilon and their gatling cannon fetish, the Nazis with their MG-45s, and so, so much more. Brawl is an extreme example of this trope, just look at the number of guns he has on his body. God damn...He can unleash the firepower of a nuclear bomb focused into a small area by just firing every single weapon he has (Matthias got a front-row seat to this power by being Brawl's first target)

Out of Focus: Each character takes turns being this as Tyrannolodon takes from Andrew Hussie's playbook and extensively uses Character Focus juggling, but currently Optimus Prime, The Pharaoh of Death, the Hive Lord Alpha, the Decepticons, General Grievous, Equius, and Gamzee and a few others fit into this trope. But General Grievous will make his reentry into the plot in a big way soon and Tyrannolodon is working flat out to give everyone some screen time. Update: Now the soviets, imperials, and nazis are fitting this trope. The Imperials have only had a passing mention recently and the Soviets and Nazis haven't been mentioned at all in the last week or so. Optimus Prime on the other hand has come fully into Focus and has been annointed as the overall commander of the champions and their forces, as it's hard to compete with someone who has had nine million years of experience at leadership and warfare and has become Tyrannolodon's most used character as of now. Update 2: Martellus has spoken again for the first time in quite a while, as has Megatron, Shockwave however, takes the cake; as he has now just made his first line of dialogue in nearly 40-50 pages. Many of Tyrannolodon's characters have yet to even be introduced yet, but he says he'll get to them when he can and that the RP will go on for so long that it is quite likely that everyone will eventually get an roughly equal amount of screen time. Update 3: The Focus is currently on John Egbert and the other three Homestuck Kids, while the Trolls have been very out of focus since their players are rather reluctant to post with them. General Grievous, Jack Noir, Delta Squad, Omega supreme have been acknowledged recently but he hasn't had any lines. But really when this role play takes numerous characters to such an extreme extent (most of the major players have at least five characters, and the big six of Tyrannolodon, Rixio, Revan Redeemed, darkdragon26, dragonbud, and eropsToad all have over ten characters, with Tyrannolodon having nearly fifty or so) this is to be expected. Update 4: Yeah we give up...

Reality Warper

Reality Warper: One of The Fallen's (though you may also call him Megatronus Prime; his original name) abilities as one of the Seven Primes, one of the Thirteen Original transformers, one of the Heralds of Unicron, and as a Omniversal singularity ((something that has no alternate selves throughout the entire omniverse, either having many across the universes all controlled by one mind, or only having one form capable of travelling across universes at will) making him very, very powerful. Problem Sleuth and Pickle inspector can also do this with their imaginations, but PI is much better at it than PS. Neroth is also able to do this. While it's probable that Jack Noir could do this, he's more concerned with blowing shit up and showing people his stabs. Jadesprite is definitely one of the most powerful reality warpers around in the role play and would blow Jack Noir away completely in a fight. Over the course of time, many of the players have characters that exude this trope, from the goddess of all Pokemon Arceus, to the fiercly protective Becquerel, to the Omniverse-eating Giygas, and so, so many more. Dimentio is himself a reality warper, having studied the ways of the Dimensional Mage, which grants him both innate mastery over the metadimensional fabric as well as very powerful albeit more conventional magic (pretty much if Dimensional mage were a class for 3.5e D&D, it would be massively overpowered and put even the cheesiest of wizard builds to shame); perhaps the prime example of this was his ability to create what is essentially his own private universe in the form of Dimension D and alter it's laws of physics to his purpose, as well as the ways of the Dark Mage (Black Magic essentially, and once again in D&D terms, he multiclassed into Dark Mage for even more spells) and his powers will increase by a truly stupendous amount when he goes one winged angel at the end of Act II. Count Bleck is an even more powerful mage than Dimentio is (though he is exclusively a Dark Mage, in D&D terms he would have more levels in total than Dimentio) and would be able to fight the party as they are at the moment and have a very good chance of winning (a 90% chance in fact) were it not for the presence of the abberrantly powerful champions such as Jadesprite and Pickle Inspector, and he could in fact give Jadesprite pause (though his chances of winning would be negligable) and with the Chaos Heart and his marks of Chaos he is even more powerful, and at the moment would be able to crush virtually all of the champions and destroyers due to the combination of his raw power and total invulnerability. Both are exceeded by Summer Redwall/Redrubble; a powerful Daemon Prince of Khorne created from the famous arsehat Viacom CEO, who's personality has been extremly warped by the chaos. Redrubble stands on even footing with an entity from the Noble Circle of Horror Terrors or one of the Daemon Primarchs and exceeds the First Guardians in power. Ramjet is even more powerful than that and knows of ways of becoming even more potent (one is regaining his status as a herald of unicron, another is turning himself into an omniversal singularity). To Ramjet, destroying an entire multiverse would be an effortless task and he could one shot a metaverse with some effort. Were he ever to enter killing spree mode for an extended length of time, he would begin a rampage of destruction on a scale that hasn't been seen for a very long time. Thus it is very fortunate that his silly and mischevious natures are more potent than his murderous and vengeful ones. Ultimate Dimentio is a very extreme example of this, he bends space and time to such a degree that when Rixio asked Tyrannolodon (in the OOC thread) if Koo would look down on Ultimate Dimentio or the other way around, he responded "Ultimate Dimentio warps space and time to such a degree that exact measurements are meaningless. He is always much bigger than whoever is observing him." Not to mention the mysterious CULLER who is at the very least a Rank 5 being capable of effortlessly destroying entire universes. The Liege Maximo is yet another reality warper, probably on the same level as The Fallen, a feat that The Liege Maximo had to work very hard to achieve since while both The Liege Maximo and The Fallen are one of the Thirteen Original Cybertronians thus making them both very powerful reality warpers, The Fallen is also one of the Seven Primes, an even more elite subgroup in The Thirteen , while The Liege Maximo is not, creating a large imbalance right off the bat. And The Fallen was the mightiest of The Seven Primes and thus the mightiest of The Original Thirteen right off the bat, leaving The Liege further in the dust. Then there is the power boost The Fallen got from becoming a herald of Unicron and becoming part of Unicron's Original Thirteen and Seven Nulls (as opposed to the Seven Primes) boosting up the Fallen even further. The Liege Maximo had his work cut out for him, but after enough scheming he could finally match The Fallen. Nemesis Prime is an example of this, capable of forcing the normally insurmountable rules of Paradox Space to sit down and shut up through sheer personal might.

Bad Boss: Warmaster Fredreich; I dare you to retreat without orders or desert on his watch. He has four commissars watching the primary group just to make sure that at least on person will be able to shoot anyone who tries to run, and he doesn't need commissariat authority to shoot the non-human members of his group. He has four times the normal amount of commissars in his forces just to ensure that no one runs. The Soviets are also examples of this, but they use Tasers and fines as opposed to Bolt Pistols and executions to deal with cowards; needless to say the Commissariat of the Soviets and Imperium have disagreements over their respective methods. Fredreich's forces grimly joke that they are ten times more likely to be killed by their superiors than by the enemy. Surprisingly averted by Nemesis, who has yet to kill someone for stepping out of line or failing him at a task.

Villain Teleportation: Many villains can employ this trope. O'Chunks, Mimi, Dark Omega Ridley, and most of the decepticons cannot employ this trope under their own power, but they can make use of external teleportation devices such as space bridges or the portals in Castle Bleck. Jack Noir employs a somewhat limited version of this trope; he cannot teleport per se; but he can move very, very, very quickly, so much so that his travel time across planetary distances (the distances one would have to cross between locations on one planet) is effectively instantaneous. Dimentio, Count Bleck, Nastasia, Araghast, Dreadwing, Skywarp, The Fallen, the Pharaoh of Death, and Quasordell can utilize this trope under their own power.

Power Gives You Wings: The Fallen gained wings upon attaining one winged angel status, Neroth also grew wings upon achieving Daemon Princehood, Jack gained his own set of wings back in his canon history as a result of getting the queen's wings, but Omega Ridley is an especially unusual example of this trope in that he already had wings, and thus grew a new set of them. Tyrannolodon plans on lampshading this trope as soon as possible. THE CULLER, the entity who robbed the Champions of the Demogorgon Tourney of their victory and forced them to hide in a pocket dimension hidden deep in the furthest ring, is an entity powerful enough to destroy universes, and it is said that it is could destroy much more than a single universe at once and is merely doing this painstaking one by one search for the failed champions because it loves the thrill of the hunt. The only detail given about it is that it has wings. Dimentio didn't just gain a pair of wings when he went One-Winged Angel he gained ten pairs of them. This trope is directly lampshaded during the Commnader Krazvhal fight when Samus wonders why everyone who goes on a power trip seems to gain wings after noticing that his hypermode state caused him to grow a pair of transluscent wings of phazon energy. It will probably be averted when Toad becomes the Toad Warrior, instead, his motorcycle will have the uncanny ability to fly, due to the properties of the Power Star in which Toad will draw power from.

Ridiculously Fast Construction
Sporum Dimensional Clash (Roleplay) / int_4987746e
comment
With regards to his strategy, Warmaster Fredreich is this trope personified as he believes that if you push an enemy hard enough and strike with enough shock, they will always break, and that once this is accomplished; the key to defeating them is to keep on pushing them until they are annhialated. The fact that he now has access to the Ridiculously Fast Construction technology of the Soviets; thus giving him limitless reserves of manpower and materiel and makes his supply lines extremely short, makes him even more aggressive, much more callous with his men's lives, and less likely to retreat since he can reinforce and resupply his positions infinitely so his army will not stop attacking; ever. The Tyranids, Necrons, and Orks also are fond of this; the Tyranids for the same reasons as Lord General Fredreich; their reinforcement pool is effectively limitless so they can always keep attacking unless their hive fleet in space is destroyed, and even then they can still create organisms from ground based structures. The Necrons evoke this trope because they effectively never have any KIA casualties and have an entire hollowed out planet full of Necrons as well as a massive fleet that is also full of necrons to draw men from, in addition; they also have a superior version of the C&C universe's ridiculously fast construction tech. The orks were also this trope from the start, but they became even more like this upon gaining the aforementioned C&C tech. On an individual basis these three factions still fulfill this trope, none will stop trying to kill you until you completely destroy their ability to harm you in any way, and that's easier said than done.

Painting the Medium: Done frequently depending on the characters. Text is often italicized or bolded, and occasionally different colors are used. The Homestuck characters all have their text color and typing style when they speak as well. Unlike the Sporum, the RP Project forum doesn't accept hexadecimal colour codes, meaning that exact colours aren't used anymore. Additionally, as the RP Project forum's text size template has to be manually typed in rather than being something you could put in via click, varying text sizes have more or less disappeared until Sutekh (Tyrannolodon's new name) brings it back. Typically, Bolded text indicates a large and/or deep voiced character, italicized text is for higher pitched characters, underlined text is rare and when used, was always for the speech of an enormously powerful being. Text colour is used for Orks (Green, cuz green iz best ya git!), Chaos characters (Blue for Tzeentch, Red for Khorne, Violet for Slaanesh, Green for Nurgle, undivided is black), Homestuck characters (matches their source material's colours whenever possible), The original thirteen transformers (From what we have seen, Solus Prime uses Violet, Nexus Prime uses orange, Vector Prime uses cyan, the Fallen has Dark Red, the liege maximo has green, Prima is BURNING WHITE), Devils (Ashvardal had fiery red text), and Bonechill (Cyan, Bro ho ho ho.)

Keep in mind that Jack at this point has; killed his home session's Black King with little trouble; obliterated the armies of Derse and Prospit with similarly little effort; wiped out the entire Kingdom of Prospit of his session single-handedly, Fought Bro Strider (who slices city district sized meteors in half and is so much faster than Flash Step master Dave that when the two had their epic albeit fairly pointless rooftop battle he could use what is best termed as live stop motion animation to use lil' cal as a combat puppet and make it seem like he's alive and make Dave Strider fight his after images) to the point of stalemate, Obliterated a very large portion of Coruscant and massacre virtually every single Jedi there, Defeated Omega Ridley with an incredible amount of ease (he just stabbed him in the back several times at lightning speed before kicking him down to the earth from a height of 10,000 or so feet), Destroyed the armies fighting in Fallout's Battle of the Hoover Dam singlehandedly before destroying the dam itself and wiping out the city of New Vegas before he went on a killing spree that had him show everyone in the Americas his stabs, Then he curbstomped the armies fighting over Turning Point's New York and handed the champions their asses (catching a charging Volkov's punch even though said punch had enough force to more or less shatter a bunker into pieces then redirecting his momentum into a building, Engaging in a Beam-O-War with Omega Ridley's Phazon-Kinetic Energy-Flame breath that his Red Miles won easily, as well as Knocking out Problem Sleuth and the Lone Wanderer by just throwing them), Then he vaporized the entire lithosphere of the Turning Point Earth, went to the Live Action Transformers universe, Confronted the Fallen whose own power matched his and destroyed several planets and solar systems as the collateral damage of their attacks, Then wiped out tens of thousands of giant ass space ships who would laugh at an explosion made up of every nuclear and conventional explosive made by our earth ever, then fought Bro Strider to a standstill again, and then he managed to hold off the Fallen who was undergoing One-Winged Angel mode due to a massive power boost granted to him by Unicron for a good while. When confronted with the Sovereign Slayer's Red Miles; General Grievous's response is to do what no one has ever done and dodge them. And General Grievous has even managed to land some solid hits on Jack Noir, something that Bro Strider only ever managed once with Lil Cal (and this was more due to Jackspers being totally unprepared for it than anything else). Though it is noted that despite the power boost given to him by the Outer Gods and the Force; he still is not the match for Jack in terms of raw power, but he is cunning and agile enough to ensure that Jack Cannot use that power against him and holds Jacksper's strong sense of fair play against him. EropsToad plans on doing this to a multitude of characters, and has already been done so to some extent for a lucky few. For example, Santa Claus, in his short time, has become the Badass Santa.

Sliding Scale of Silliness vs. Seriousness: Bounces around on the scale quite a bit; which is to be expected due to the varying tastes of the players, with those like Eropstoad for example preferring lighthearted silliness with child-friendly white humor in the form of slapstick while Tyrannolodon at the other end of the scale prefers GRIMDARK seriousness with humor darker than the void of space with only the very occassional silly joke. As the Darker and edgier entry on this page notes, Tyrannolodon's preferences win out more often than not. When Nemesis gets involved, things get deadly serious quickly. The relatively light hearted act III was immediately plunged into an abyss of despair by Nemesis offing Optimus Prime himself, and it only got worse.

Walking Tank: Bjorn is an inarguable example of this due to the build of a Dreadnought. More genericly, Space Marine and Chaos Dreadnoughts are examples of this, as are some of the soviet walkers and the Sentinels. Aesthetically, one can argue that Ork Stompas and Gargants are closer to this than Humongous Mecha. Brawl, Live action Megatron, Live Action Shockwave, Animated Shockwave, and Blitzwing are all extremely literaly examples of this trope due to them having tanks for alt modes. Brawl takes it even further by having an extremely bulky design, so he is this trope in every sense of the word.

Dark Is Not Evil: Vivian may be a being of shadow and darkness and all that, but she's actually pretty nice. Rose is massively potent in the ways of Dark magic, being able to equal Nagash, the lord of all liches whose power can bring entire worlds to theit knees, but she is most definitely on the side of the good guys and is a really sweet girl when she's not in snark mode. Also, dark matter and dark energy are more portrayed toward their actual scientific definitions in this RP, their properties being put to use by Rosalina. Once the Common threat of Count Bleck (and soon Dimentio) who is backed by the hordes of Chaos is eliminated, the Fallen will decide to dissolve the Dark Alliance's ties with the Champions, having decided that the Dark Alliance no longer needs the Champions' help to defeat Khorne. It was later reformed, probably for good upon realizing that yes, indeed they would need to all work together to defeat the destroyers.

Old Soldier: Volkov is pushing Eighty, has fought in all three of Red Alert's world wars over a course of seventy years, and yet he can still slaughter his way through just about anything. The Space Marines all count, as most of them are at least one hundred, Chapter Master Gabriel Angelos, Venerable Dreadnought Davian Thule, Tarkus, and Captain Diomedes especially having served for multiple centuries, but Bjorn takes the cake at having been serving for eleven thousand years straight. And of course; let us not forget Grandpa Harley who is just shy of one hundred and can still kick an vast amount of ass. Or Santa Claus, who runs a successful business in manufacturing and is capable of serious butt-whoopin' if necessary. Most of the transformers take this to very extreme lengths and delve into the Time Abyss trope, even bumblebee is one million years old. But discounting those whose age is technically infinite due to their nature as an omniversal singularity/time travel shenanigans (such as The Fallen or Ramjet) Jetfire is easily the ultimate example of this trope, his age is on the order of thirteen billion and seven hundred million years old, he is literally older than most of the stars are.

Implacable Man: Volkov; he can fight a battleship in a gun duel; and win, he can walk through walls (by smashing right through them), he can rip through armor like tissue paper, and is more than strong enough to rip out your arms and beat you to death with them. Though arguably this makes Volkov closer to The Juggernaut than to this trope.

Author Avatar: The existence of this trope makes Tyrannolodon and the Overseers wary of Original Characters due to the fact that most of them in fandom are blatant examples of this trope, and very bad ones at that. Tyrannolodon reasons that it's harder to turn an established character into an Author Avatar than an Original Character due to the latter forcing the author to stay in line with said character's established personality that people other than the aforementioned author will be in a position to correct if said author goes out of line without proper character development first.

Sliding Scale of Gender Inequality: Over all the RP falls into either Type 2 or Type 3, though slowly leaning into Type 2, and some areas have already drifted into Type 1. The women of the RP are all quite badass, but they are by far overshadowed by the males, and many of them have slowly gone through some Chickification into becoming, though still badass, the mere love interests and minions of their male companions (Rose to John, Samus to Alex, Dark Samus to Nemesis). In terms of leadership, women have next to no power; while there are some females among the 'Right-Hands' of John, there are far fewer females in the list than males, and all of the players whom the control the 'Right-Hand' female Champions do not post IC too much in the RP, or have left completely. That, and Dark Samus is the only Destroyer Lord who has a feminine personality, and is one of the only few female Destroyers at that. She was originally quite badass, and overshadowed even the might Animated Megatron and the Liege Maximo, but then Tyrannolodon threw Nemesis into the mix and Ret-Conned and stated that all of her power comes from him. Even in Dimensional's backstory and Myth Arc, there are still next to no powerful female entities. Starting to improve with the act V intro post, where Rose Lalonde and Samus Aran quickly prove their badass credentials, with the latter killing millions of destroyers and landing solid hits on Jack motherfucking Noir. Aaaaaaaand just as quickly dropped back down to a definite Rank 2, with the only known badass female in Tyrannolodon's cast to be Rose, and even then she is still by far more used for Ship Teasing with John than she is battling. Dark Samus may or may not be still in the picture, but due to Nemesis' Creator's Pet tendencies, she's probably already executed. And then it turns out that Dark Samus is still alive and well and Rose Lalonde went to kill more destroyers simultaneously than pretty much the rest of the champions combined after hitting the god tiers. And then Jade goes and becomes the most powerful champion of them all and wipe the floor with hundreds of trillions of destroyers in one of the most glorious scenes of massacre in all of literature.

Unstoppable Rage: When Araghast and his cronies start to threaten those under Optimus's men, speak of murdering the younger members of the team, and mock his ideals, he quickly shows why you do not mess with a Papa Wolf commander. Araghast ends up losing his right arm, wing, eight tentacles, gets his own flamer fuel ignited all over him, gets stabbed in the gut, clocked in the face, and blasted at point blank ranges at the chest. Even though he was outnumbered six to one by foes who were all very dangerous individuals in their own right, after he finally had enough and deployed both energon blades; they never even managed to land a single hit on him and he quite humorously would frequently use their own attacks to harm the others; grabbing Ridley by the head as he fires his breath weapon and redirecting it at clockwerk is just one example of this. Mr. Resetti is the ultimate example. You set him on a roll, he doesn't stop. You're pinned down, he's chewing you out, and your life is wasted.

You must still die on your quest bed when you have all the levels, at which point you are revived as a physical god. Many of the characters who will go one winged angel in act 9 will also die only arise in an even more powerful form, or already have been dead for some time before act and will arise in an even more powerful form within act 9, it has been confirmed that Optimus Prime will undergo this variation to give his return the proper emotional impact.

The Undead: the minions of the death god Chains, the Necrons are also very thematically close to this. Xykon, Draconis, Nagash, and Dragotha are all examples of this trope, as are their preferred minions. Notably all of them are Liches with nary a single Vampire in sight. (One note though, Dragotha is a Dracolich, I.E a dragon who took the path of lichdom.) Zorbak's minions are all different forms of this. Nemesis Prime and the cybertronian members of the dead xenoverse crew are rare robotic examples of this. Infused with Unlife, they are by no means living. All of Nemesis Prime's heralds also technically fit this trope as they run on antilife rather than positive energy.

Killer Rabbit: The Uber Bunny/Liv Tyler; second most powerful player character around at the moment; outstripping Neroth, Jack Noir, and the Fallen; who can bust planets. Famously destroyed a hundred foot tall four thousand ton Chaos Warhound/Feral titan with ease. The Nyan Cats, tiny, feline-like creatures of the warp that have pop-tarts for bodies who fly through the air an create rainbows from their backsides, and feel never-ending happiness and joy, singing an obnoxious tune for the whole Omniverse to here. Make no mistake, they love "spreading their joy", in which they'll invade a universe and torture its inhabitants. Their constant happiness, joy, and singing is so maddening, so rage-inducing, that it could cause insanity to those weak in emotions, and some victims will kill anyone and everyone in the nearest vicinity just in a failed attempt at making the Nyan Cats stop. Expy could also be this; she is ball of fluff, 1ft 2in in diameter, and could flip over a mountain with relative effort

Your Soul Is Mine!: The Typical fate of those unlucky enough to die in a universe with no specific afterlife (or in a universe whose specific afterlife is the warp) is to have their souls dragged into the warp where they almost immediately wind up as the property of a Daemon or other warp entity where they can expect nothing but misery for the rest of eternity unless they wind up with those few rare positive warp entities (like Daemons who were formed from the positive aspects of their parent deities.) While they'll still be considered property in the warp even if it's a positive warp entity, they'll be treated more like a beloved child with the positive entity being the parent.

He also brings forth Jack Noir and Marx and forcibly prototypes the first with a suit of Knight's armor, has him merge with an Emperor Ing, and fuses him with one of the Balrogs, then he takes Marx and merges him with the Star rod, then has him combine with NOVA, then fuses him with Dark Matters. This makes for a triple threat final boss against the Three Monster Clowns of the Role play in One-Winged Angel forms, Ultimate Emperor Dimentio, Dark Marx Soul, and Darknirog Jackspers Noirlecrow.

BFG: The Lone Wanderer is fond of these kinds of guns, his weapon of choice is a customized minigun that fires 7.62mm rounds. Bjorn's assault cannon takes this to an even greater extreme. The primary ranged weapon of a Dreadnought or, Terminator, or Devastator Marine, whether loyal or chaotic also falls into this trope. One can argue that even a space marine's bolter would count as this. Lord General Castor holds a BFG sniper rifle in one hand. Sami's machine gun also counts. Arguably Problem Sleuth's Rail Tommy gun also counts, 0.45mm pistol rounds spewed out at a rate of 1,000 rounds per minute at hypersonic velocities=killage. He even did serious damage to Shockwave and Starscream with a single hundred round burst from it. Let us also not forget Grandpa Harley's gun, which is unchanged from it's original appearance in homestuck; which is best described as a Punt Gun with a pistol grip and a scope. Epsilon's Harpoon troopers have a BFG in the form of a 7.62mm minigun, which replaces their right arms (they can use it however since they are genetically enhanced 10 foot tall super muscular monsters of men.) The Nazis have the Leichenfaust 44, MG-45, and Panzerschreck for this trope. Shockwave, who possesses an Arm cannon that is half as long as he is tall and about half as wide as his torso has an in universe quote concerning his philosophy about weaponary "I may not be covered in weapons like brawl, but I have two very powerful weapons that are always up for the job. The first is my incredibly powerful mind, whose intelligence and skill of which I am justly proud; the second is a very, very big gun."

Super Mode: Phazon Hypermode (almost always shortened to just hypermode) which takes the already extreme Super Mode present in the Metroid Prime series and turns it up to eleven. Pirate Commander Kharvhal, when he uses his PED to enter Hypermode goes from being someone who can bench 5000 tons, run at one thousand miles an hour, and react 5000 times more quickly than a human and is so tough that he could take over a thousand direct hits from an heavy artillery cannon before dropping; already extremely impressive, to being able to bench some 5,000,000 tons, run at five million miles an hour, react 5,000,000 times more quickly than a human in addition to all of his weapon systems being boosted to a similar degree (by a thousand fold.) His first act in hypermode is to demonstrate The Worf Effect to Samus Aran herself by charging at her so quickly that even to her suit's scanners he still appeared to be an almost invisible blur and then punched her in the chest so hard that she was sent flying a mile backwards into the air.

Humanoid Abomination: The Dark Samus. Easily one of the most powerful destroyers (being significantly more powerful than Samus Aran who is easily one of the most powerful and badass of the champions, in terms of raw firepower, she has no equals in the group save for the reality warpers), has secretly set up Aurora 313 on Phaaze, giving it control of all Phazon (and thus all corrupted by it, though those with a strong enough will can resist though it is very hard...however, humans are naturally highly resistant to phazon corruption, and even then it's still a fight to retain one's mind), It has reality bending and psychic powers, and it's shaped like the armored form of a very attractive woman (though only the armor, you will only find a monstrously hideous internal organ system highly reminiscent of it's old true essence underneath it's "armor" which is actually it's skin.) Arguably The Dark Samus/The Metroid Prime are the ultimate example of the Bishōnen Line. Each of it's forms were less monstrous than the last. It's first form was a giant black armored mecha-death crab thing whose only humanoid feature was it's extremely creepy face (and it only resembles the upper part of a man's face.) It's second form was essentially a transluscent blue octopus with six tentacles and a visible red nervous system (that strangely goes into it's tentacles...) it's face is decidedly more humanoid (though it lacks a mouth, nose, ears, or most any other facial features save for a pointed chin and yellow eyes) and while it is still monstrous, it's a lot less hideous and has an elegance almost. It's third form, the Dark Samus is completely humanoid (though it still looks clad in power armor because it's a body built around the phazon suit) and is the most powerful and dangerous one. Dark Samus goes on to seemingly follow this trope, going from the monstrous aurora unit, a one winged angel, to just the aurora unit's head, to just the metroid prime essence, but then flips around and goes under an extreme one winged angel in the form of ultima prime. Painis Cupcake is another example, though significantly less scarier than Dark Samus... unless you attack him...

He has twin-linked shoulder mounted autocannons, a single vanquisher cannon on his back, two quadruple shoulder mounted missile launchers, two shoulder mounted tusk missile launchers, backmounted stormeagle rocket launchers, two shoulder mounted rocket pods, four heavy bolters on his right wrist, eight heavy stubbers,, a thunderfire cannon on his left wrist, his right and left arms can turn into a plasma executioner and a laser destroyer respectively, he has Eye Beams that pack the punch of multilasers, he can deploy a battle cannon from his right arm, he can deploy twin linked assault cannons from his other arm, he also has a chest mounted multimelta cannon, a back mounted demolisher cannon, knee mounted proximity grenade launchers, and hip mounted flamestorm cannons. He prides himself on always having a gun for any situation. He has never encountered anything that can survive being more than a quarter of a minute of being exposed to his entire arsenal. Out of all the non-giant Cybertronians, he definitely has the most firepower. And he can also deploy turrets. Proud Warrior Race Guy: General Grievous, just General Grievous. Even as the Outer Gods and noble circle of Horror Terrors whisper madness into his mind; he still retains this trait. He is famous for fighting the sixty foot tall quadruple bonesword weilding Hive Lord Alpha to a standstill and could hold his own against Jack Noir in a sword fight (primarily because Jack's speed advantage was cancelled by Grievous's reach advantage and quadruple weilding.) So he most certainly backs his warrior tradition up.

Colossus Climb: John's dad evoked this trope when he climbed up a carnifex to beat it to death before smashing a cake into it's skull so hard that he shattered it's carapace. Also evoked during the Fracktail battle, and was in fact required to fight Fracktail. This was also used toward the beginning, when Toad attempted to clamber into a gigantic walker in order to find a door.

Thunderwing unleashed this trope upon the armies of the Champions and on everything he met up until he encountered the Champions in the Battle of New Tel Aviv. He at first looked like he was going to deliver one of these to the Champions, but then Godzilla made a timely arrival and kicked Thunderwing's ass all over the place. There is justification as to why an unstoppable engine of death who can destroy galaxies made such a poor showing against Godzilla. Firstly Thunderwing did not have anywhere near as much Ultra Energon during the New Tel Aviv fight as he did when he eradicated the Antennae galaxies. Secondly, Thunderwing has no real experience in dealing with enemies who are about his size who don't go down in one or two hits, Godzilla has had some 57 years of experience (not counting time travel...time) of combat experience, and even before Thunderwing was bat shit bonkers, back when he was just a scientist, he was just that; a scientist. A scientist who never fired a shot in anger, never threw a punch, and never was in a single combat situation in his life. Thus Godzilla is a much better fighter than Thunderwing despite the latter having much more raw power than the former. Thirdly, the latter is practically mindless and is thus incapable of strategizing of making truly effective/efficient use of it's abilities, while Godzilla knows how to make the best usage of every trick he has up his sleeve, Thunderwing's mindlessness, minimal ability to prioritize (he goes after the last person to have hit him to the exclusion of all else), and feral rage also makes it very easy for Godzilla to string him along.

Apocalypse How

Apocalypse How: Class 6 done to the turning point earth by Jack Noir, who obliterated the planet's entire lithosphere. Class X and X-2 done in the Transformers multiverse by Jack Noir and the Fallen as they fight one another, shattering dozens of planets and at least one solar system. A class six event was done to Planet Lineland of the universe of the same name when the Tyranid Hive fleet stripped the planet of all biomass, water, atmosphere, and useful minerals by literally eating down to the core, drinking up all of it's oceans, and inhaling it's entire atmosphere. All that is left now is the metallic inner core. The Fallen brought about a class X-2 to the Gloam Valley universe, obliterating the Gloam Valley planet in Entropic Flames, the only survivors out those who didn't manage to flee to either flipside through the homing power of a Pure Heart if they were champions (which is to say, it teleports the champions and anyone on their side to flipside/flopside if they manage to claim it) or through the portals that open up all over the planet to the next universe if they were destroyers once the pure heart is claimed (which is to say; once the Pure Heart is claimed, portals will open all over the planet for the destroyers and their forces to head to the very approximate location of the next pure heart.) The Necrons are giving the Bit Lands a class six of sorts; they are shoving all the lifeforms on the planet (and the rest of that universe) into pens where they will be livestock for the C'tan to devour (the C'tan devour life-force like metroids do, though they consume any kind of energy) though being inside a Necron pen is actually a lot nicer than you would think (something on death's door won't have enough life force to make for a very satisfying meal.) THE CULLER is committing Class X-4s without expending even the slightest bit of effort, blowing universe after universe, one by one, looking for the failed champions of the Demogorgon tourney (not knowing that they are hidden in a pocket dimension very deep in the furthest ring) and it has been outright stated that it could do a lot more if it wanted and only goes through with the one by one search because it loves the thrill of the hunt. Ramjet was once every bit as likely to cause a Class X-5 as he is to suddenly appear and make everybody in an entire multiverse's peaceful, long, filled with fun, and free of disease (in other words, pretty much perfect). Now however, his darker and more rageful side has been overshadowed by his mischevious and prankster side so rather than causing X-5 his alternative to being nice would be placing those red squeaky rubber noses on everyone in a multiverse, though occasionally his dark side does come out. Khorne threatens to commit a class Z and drag the rest of the omniverse into his realm. Paradox Space (the typical naming system for a metaverse is it's most defining feature followed by space, however the Homestuck Metaverse already has it's own name), Krypton Space (The DC metaverse), Marvel Space (the Marvel metaverse), Warp space (the warhammer metaverse, so named due to the metaverse's extreme proximity to the warp), Transformer space, Mario Space, Chozo Space (metroid metaverse), Mushroom Space (Mario metaverse), and so, so much more will all be dragged into his realm and suffer under his rule (which is more less equivalent to the outright destruction of the omniverse.) Count Bleck plans to pull a much straighter example of a class Z by using the void to consume the entire omniverse, thus ending all existence. But as the Omniverse is infinite, and the Void's rate of growth is decidedly not (though it's rate of growth and the acceleration of that rate grow exponentially the longer it is present and it's rate of growth and the acceleration of said rate both increase proportionately to the power of the host of the chaos heart); he would not be able to pull this off very well. But on the other hand, he would still commit countless class X-5 events, causing the greatest loss of life any single event or entity has done for quite some time. Dimentio on the other hand, wishes to do a class Z (he would do much more damage in his one winged angel form than bleck ever could as it is far more powerful than Bleck is, and Luigi is the ideal host for the heart, vastly increasing it's growth rate and the accleration of it's growth rate) then remake the omniverse in his image, and once beaten he'll try to pull a straight class Z (and use a shadow of his power to kick the void's growth rate and it's acceleration into massive overdrive). But even after this fails, he will still return (thanks to his self replication abilities) and reclaim his lost power (though even he will probably ally with the champions against Khorne for the final battle.)

Ret-Gone: The first act of Dimensional Clash V is getting less and less and less mentioned and less and less and less important and may be handwaved altogether as it had absolutely no plot or relevance to the current Myth Arc. The Early phase of Act III; which was a confused and bungled mess; is also getting this treatment, as it had no bearing on what the act would finally become and is ultimately something of an Old Shame for those who ran it.

Big Bad

Big Bad: Khorne in the fifth and was planned to be so in the fourth. Jack Noir, The Fallen, and Neroth compete for this title too. Count Bleck is serving as the big bad of act II for the fifth one, with Khorne being the Greater-Scope Villain. The Fallen is confirmed as being the big bad of Act III. Fighting him will be quite literally a nightmare since he is confirmed in story as being one of the few beings powerful enough to defeat Count Bleck even without the pure hearts. He is so powerful that he can simply overwhelm Bleck's invulnerability. However as Luigi is a much better host for the pure heart, the Fallen won't be powerful enough to defeat Ultimate Dimentio without the hearts, and would probably lose one on one to Ultimate Dimentio even if UD's barrier was broken. Good thing that the Champions will be allied to the Dark Alliance and the Hive Mind for the battle of Castle Bleck (only for all four factions to go back to being enemies in act III). As the Champions will probably not have any allies in Act III, even though the Fallen will be less powerful relatively speaking than Ultimate Dimentio (though the pseudo-level ups will make him more powerful than UD was without the Chaos Heart absolutely speaking) he will ultimately be a more challenging foe. And of course, he may not even be confronted, and may instead have the Champions fight The Icon as the End Boss for act III. Update concerning act III: Act III will not have a singular big bad, but at least three. So far, the apparent big bads are the Tyranid Hive Mind for the Tyranid Hive, Animated Megatron for the Destroyers, and The Fallen for the Dark Alliance. However, this act will also introduce the Liege Maximo, one of the thirteen original transformers, representing the primal force of evil. Like the Fallen, the Liege Maximo betrayed the other thirteen, however he did not do so to join Unicron and in fact opposes the Chaosbringer. The Liege Maximo is the driving force behind most of the decepticons (the live action decepticons are quite unique in having The Fallen and not the Liege as their originator) and his differences from the Fallen can be summed up as this. Like his master Unicron The Fallen/Megatronus Prime wishes to destroy the Omniverse, return it to it's simplest state of pure entropy, the Liege Maximo wishes to twist and corrupt it, to dominate it and have it forever bound to his will. Thus the two are forever opposed to each other, two shades of evil devouring one another. Nemesis Prime acts as the big bad for Acts IV and V, and immediately established his credentials by killing OPTIMUS PRIME after his best mooks failed to do the job.

Time Abyss: The Cybertronians as a whole fall into this trope. Even Bumblebee; the youngest Cybertroinian player character, is a million years old. Optimus Prime, Jazz, Ironhide, Prowl, Ratchet, Megatron, Starscream, Shockwave, Soundwave, and Barricade are all about 30 million years old. Jetfire goes even further at an age of 13.7 billion years old, he's older than the stars and was one of the first transformers to be created after the first thirteen. Ramjet is older than this due to temporal shenanigans, and Omniversal Singularities like the Fallen are always infinitely old. Doc Scratch is about as old as the planet of Alternia, making him younger than Jetfire, but definitely older than most of the other characters. Nemesis Prime is ancient, he was prime before Sentinel, who was prime before Zeta, who himself was prime before Optimus. He has spent an eternity in the Dead Xenoverse, plotting, and waiting. Now he has returned to walk in the light, to bring the darkness to all.

Took a Level in Badass: General Grievous went from having no chance at all against Jackspers Noirlecrow in a sword fight on his own even if Jack was just using one sword and grievous was using all four; to being able to duel Jack to a standstill single handedly with six lightsabers (one for each color of the new color spectrum following the booting of indigo) while Jack pulls out three swords.

Eldritch Location: The Nyan Realm. Seeing that they were causing an argument between Khorne and Tzeentch that could potentially turn bloody, one of the other warp gods and a slew of other, lesser entities locked the Nyan Cats into a desolate, empty space of nothing, at which they placed a seal upon it so that they could not use their warp traveling abilities to leave. The Nyan Cats then began to make that space their own; pretty soon, after an unspeakable amount of time later, to where we are now, it is a space completely composed of so many unreal, immortal colors that most human minds would instantly, and literally blow up just by looking at it. When the Nyan Cats find a being in the Omniverse who they view is impervious to their "joy" they use the NYAN WARP to send them to the Nyan Realm, in which is a basic guarntee of totalling the will of their target, and mutating them to their pleasure.

Kill It with Fire: Colonel Pluck used the Stompybot 3000 to fry opponents at one point. Oh, the irony. Also the standard tactic of the Imperium of man and used to a lesser degree by Chaos, the Soviets, and the Orks. The forces of Tzeentch are a special case with their inferno bolts, which are Hellfire bolts that melt through armor and cover with the same prowess of a lightsaber and simultaneously ignite the body and soul with multicolored flame. Yuri's basic troopers; known as initiates, prefer using their minds to evoke this trope over using guns. They essentially use their minds to create a pulse that creates a needle of pure heat that sets men on fire and given time can melt tanks. To fill the role of LM Gs, they use a device the size of a walke talkie that boosts the rate of fire for their pulses but weakens them somewhat, for GPM Gs they use a device the size of a laptop that boosts rate of fire for no loss of power, for HM Gs they use a backpack sized booster than massively increases both rate of fire and power. The HPKA (Heavy Pyrokenesis Assistant) is used when the initiates are garrisoning a building for terrifying effect. Just ten initiates in a bunker can turn tanks into clouds of metal vapor in seconds and fry infantry battalions. Still didn't save one such squad of bunker camping Initiates from being reduced into pink mists when Problem sleuth used his Rail Tommy Gun to fire .45 pistol rounds at escape velocities at a thousand rounds per minute.

He's also quite traumatized from his experience with THE CULLER and it is implied that when he looked upon THE CULLER (he got the closest look at THE CULLER out of his entire group) what he saw horrified him beyond belief, not because it's form was something men were not meant to grasp, but because what he saw was like a very close friend that was long lost that had returned from the great beyond to betray him. This has only pushed him further into Cloud Cuckoo Lander territory.

One-Man Army: All of the Player Characters are an example of this by this point due to the pseudo-level up mechanic. Live Action Starscream is a pretty recent example. Within moments of landing on the Metroid Universe's Earth, he begins ripping the warring armies of the Destroyers and the Champions a new one and when faced with an entire division of elite Galactic Federation Marines all equipped with PEDs his reaction is to note their 20,000 to 1 numerical advantage over him and note that they don't have a shot in hell.

Occured when Ironhide came to Samus's rescue after Dark Samus nearly beat her into the dirt. Ironhide kept up the pummeling at such a pace that Dark Samus was always Blown Across the Room each time she tried to stand up. Ironhide used each of his many weapons once, each shot hitting and sending Dark Samus flying, never letting her so much as turn and see him before he finally blasted her into a crater and buried her by shooting at the cavern ceiling with his Plasma Destroyer and causing a small cave in that buried her and put her out of the fight.

Ultimate Dimentio is an inarguable example of this trope, being described as being like a vast lovecraftian god when he rears up to fight the champions following the shattering of his barrier. He is so far the most powerful character with a sheet in the entire role play, surpassing even the likes of Ramjet, the Fallen, Jadesprite, and Redwall/Redrubble. Only through a last alliance of the not that evil Destroyers, the Dark Alliance, the Tyranids, and the Champions does he and his fellow Physical God Monster Clowns Jack Noir and Marx have even the smallest chance chance of being defeated even after the Chaos Heart's barrier is shattered by the Pure Hearts, Draconis' magic, and the Transformer Engine. And did we mention that said Alliance includes Thor, The Fallen, Jadesprite, Koo, and powered up Rose?

When The Fallen threatens to burn a world he will literally burn it down to literal ashes and cinders. The Tyranids literally strip entire planets of all organic matter, life, useful minerals, gases, liquids, and nutrients, and they literally do this by inhaling, drinking, and eating on a massive scale. Jetfire really is old as all fuck get out.

Face–Heel Turn: Omega Ridley aided the champions quite a bit at the start of the series, now he's being set up to fully give into his Chaos Corruption and become an Antagonist. He is now a fully fledged Destroyer and an relentless opponent of the Champions, of course; since Samus joined the team there was pretty much no way that Ridley was going to stay on the team. Following Act II; the forces of the dark alliance (comprised of the Outer gods and their lesser kin, Unicron and his servants, and the C'tan) will undergo this, with the Fallen dissolving their alliance of convenience with the Champions once the common threat of Count Bleck and (later) Dimentio vanishes. Though the forces of Chaos will still remain major villains, and the Servants of the Hive Mind will rise up to prominence as antagonists at the same time. Promptly reverted back to status quo mid way through act III.

Robot War: what fighting the Necrons or the Decepticons/Autobots inevitably ends up being like and the premise of the Cybertron Location, though the Necrons are evenly split between being Undead and Mechanical. The Dark Alliance also bring this trope into play, being primarily composed of Robot armies. As Act III will be marked by the Face–Heel Turn of the Dark Alliance, Act III will feature this trope quite extensively. In addition, the addition of the Decepticons from Transformers Animated (to make up for the loss of most of Count Bleck's original minions and the X-nauts) will add this trope to the Destroyer faction. Also ensues when the Eliminators and Cogs begin to fight each other.

Also the fate of those whose souls are destroyed or consumed and what happens to those whose life is ended by the void (until they are restored by the void's permanent destruction.) If you are killed by a C'tan, this is automatically your fate since they destroy souls (they do not consume them since souls are warp energy, what they consume is life energy, like metroids do.)

Weaksauce Weakness: An easy way to get Ramjet to go away is to make him lose enough of his focus on preventing his unstable body (comprised of equal portions of anti-matter and matter that only manage to avoid actual particle contact through his will power, this is pretty much the only thing he is actually capable of focusing on for an extended period of time) from doing what by all means it should be doing according to the laws of physics, which is exploding. He will reform very quickly, but he'll reform all the way back in the deepest reaches of the furthest rings, and will almost certainly forget all about you due to his attention span being about a planck length long. Of course there is the matter of him still undergoing matter-anti-matter annihiliation and detonating with the force of nearly two trillion tons of TNT if he decides on a mass of 30 tons. But hey, you won't have to listen to him! The Ing also have a weaksauce weakness in the form of any light at all. A flashlight will affect them like 150 degree weather affects humans without sunscreen, and the brighter the light, the more potent it's affects against them. Khorne's weakness is ultimately, love and desire (of the sexual or romantic variety). While no one can sincerely feel these for Khorne himself, romantic love weakens him by an amount proportional to it's strength. But no one has ever had a love strong enough to do anything more serious than more or less just taking a pebble away from an universe made of rocks, so despite all the Romantic/Sexual Love and Desire in the Omniverse it has never been more than a miniscule drain on his power. But anything is possible. The Pure Hearts would be a very potent weapon against him. Clockwerk has only one weakness, but that weakness is earthen electricity. He has bulked that out with his new armor (using up all of Count Bleck's Antidisunobtainium), but still... it's electricity. A weaksauce weakness would be something exploitable by the average joe, who would be able to defeat the possessor of said weakness even when he is otherwise completely outmatched by exploiting said weakness. Electricity is rather...difficult for most people to use offensively. Keep in mind, mysterious editor, that plenty of people within the cast can wield electricity; Urzishi, Manfred... Reality Warpers may also be able to do this, so this could add in Arceus, Becquerel, and many others. Face; much of the whole cast could whup past-Clockwerk in a fight with relative ease. The Blot and his minions are impervious to everything!!! Except... Paint and paint thinner.

Pink Mist: Evoked when Problem Sleuth uses his Rail Tommy gun to propel .45 caliber rounds at escape velocities on a bunker filled with initiates. The rounds shattered the rockcrete bunkers walls and "popped the initiates like balloons". Evoked again in the same post when the lone wanderer tossed a nuka grenade, which destroyed a force of a hundred chaos heretics dug into trenches with so much force that they were either incinerated or subjected to this; an severed arm was even flung into the Lone Wanderer's visor.

Sliding Scale of Cynicism Versus Idealism: Tyrannolodon aims to have the series sit as far on the Cynical side as the Sporum rules will allow him to. The Chaos Gods and the other denizens of the warp are so malicious and are so much more defined by the negative aspects of their component emotions/body of thoughts than they are by the positive because the life forms of the Omniverse are much more likely to show the negative aspects of any given emotion (I.E blind lust more than romantic love and reckless desire more than cautious passion, hope to harm others and malicious ambition, acceptance of other's poor conditions and doing nothing to help them and dragging down others with one's despair, and...well shoot there is nothing positive about Rage and Hate.) Khorne is so powerful because Rage and Hate (no not Kismesis kind of hate for you homestuck fans, I mean murderous hate) are the most commonly expressed emotions even though they are perhaps the only entirely negative ones. Tzeentch is an asshole because most hopes and ambitions are the kind that would deliberately screw other people. Slaanesh is a pervert because most love and desire is reckless and heedless, more animalistic than anything else. Nurgle is the only Chaos God with a genuinely friendly personality because acceptance is crucial to familial love (Tyrannolodon classifies the love between a parent and their offspring or between siblings to not be the same emotion as the love one feels for a spouse) and even then his acceptance spreads to harmful pathogens and tries to help them succeed in life (which is bad for other things.)

Sliding Scale of Antagonist Vileness: Runs the whole gamut, from Hero Antagonists like Beat, to the pure evil Araghast and everything in between. Tyrannolodon's villains tend to swing heavily towards less sympathetic, with the exceptions of O'Chunks, Lord Crump, Mimi, Nastasia and Count Bleck. While Jack Noir does mass murder for fun, he always does it in a quick and painless manner and has enough silly moments to keep him likeable enough to avoid the moral event horizon. The Fallen does engage in hideously brutal torture, but does it out of pragmatic reasons, but he isn't universally agreed to have crossed the line. Araghast has people killed, tortured, enslaved, and raped by the billions in obscenely horrible ways for no reason but For the Evulz, he thinks nothing of destroying the souls of every single dead member of an entire ancient and star faring race (by desecrating the Well of All Sparks on Cybertron), and he just loves killing people's loved ones in front of them to see their reactions. Nemesis Prime is perhaps the most vile of the Four destroyer lords, while he probably doesn't sink quite as low as araghast, there is little doubt that his actions are more loathable than Dark Samus, Dimentio, and Count Bleck's before him.

Roaring Rampage of Revenge: There is little question that in Optimus's fight against an Avatar warmech, a King oni, Magnus Von Grapple, Clockwerk, Araghast, and Dark Omega Ridley; that he made sure that the latter two; the former (Araghast) having slaughtered a billion cragnons (and left one burning city of a million in plain sight for Optimus to find) and the latter having murdered and eaten Samus and the Lone Wanderer's friends (see Papa wolf for why this would piss Optimus off) and that's just counting the atrocities they committed while he was present in the events of the role play (Araghast also razed a thousand worlds, with Ridley having a similar planetary population kill count, most famously slaughtering the population of K-2L, killing and eating Samus's mother in front of her, and being directly responsible for her Father's death); suffered for their crimes. Not to mention the fact that Araghast, Ridley, and Clockwerk managed to dig themselves even deeper into their hole as the former had quite possibly killed Jazz and Bumblebee before Prime's very eyes and the Latter had harmed a child and had just chowed down on another Sapient being and Prime thinks that Ridley has just killed the Lone Wanderer (in reality the Lone wanderer was jumpjetted to safety by a Tau Crisis battlesuit team.) Optimus again underwent this in the Daiban battle at the epilogue part of Act V. He kicked some serious ass and seemingly won hands down, then Nemesis stabbed and shot him through the back.

Curbstomp Battle: Happened in the last rematch between Jack Noir and the Fallen in the Fallen's favor. The battle wasn't described in much detail, but perhaps it is all the scarier for this since Jack Noir had quite famously defeated all the champions with ease in yet another example of this trope a few locations prior and then blew up the Turning Point Earth. Also Optimus Prime's duel with Brobot. He waits for it to get close up, jumps onto it and grabs on, then blows off a huge chunk of it with one shot from his Ion blaster before shooting a hole in the whoa zone with his gun and throwing the mecha through it. This also happens pretty much anytime that Jack Noir fights somebody who isn't the Fallen, General Grievous, Bro or those few others who can tie him in battle. But it is heavily hinted that when Jack Noir gains Becquerel's powers way down the road, he will take what was once a pretty even Battle against Bro, and two other champions and flip it towards this trope. It is also implied that Bec Noir will immediately seek a rematch with the Fallen afterwards and quite possibly inflict this trope upon him to avenge the defeat the Fallen handed to Jack. Of course, Jack's ascension may only end up leveling the playing field between the two again. Happened again when Araghast the Pillager was confronted by Jazz and Bumblebee. He was handing one of these out to the Champion aligned soldiers who tried to avenge the billion something Cragnons he had killed brutally in a matter of hours. Due to his immensely thick power armor and numerous layers of ludicrously power shields, not a single weapon or attack they used harmed him. When Jazz and Bumblebee came to deal with him, enraged by his brutal massacres, in a Shout-Out to homestuck he let their anger build for a while before slowing down time for everyone else (and simultaneously speeding it up for him) with warptime, teleporting behind Jazz and stabbed him through the chest with one of the Daemonic Dark Blades mounted on the sides of his Lightning claws before teleporting back to his original position. But of Course, then Araghast the pillager and three other destroyers (Dark Ridley, Clockwerk, and Lord Crump piloting Magnus von Grapple) and two king mooks (an elite avatar warmech and an elite king oni)took on Optimus Prime. At first he and Ridley were getting their asses kicked by Optimus as they tried to attack some downed Champions, but then their reinforcements arrived and they gave one hell of a beating to Optimus. But as Araghast made one of the most sickening gloats of all time, Optimus unleashed his Inner Warrior and began one of the most breathtaking ass kickings in role playing history. Both of the King Mooks were slain and all of the Destroyers were left in absolutely horrible condition (well Lord Crump was unharmed, but his mech was totalled.) This Happened again when the Fallen lead the Dark Alliance to betray the Champions. The Fallen Single handedly defeated most of the stronger champions and only Carmine, the Meta, and Travis were actually able to put up any sort of real fight. And later invoked between Israpheal and Flandre. It was actually quite a controversial bout, to be fair; Rixio and Spinus had both planned on how it would end, but the latter blatantly ignored the former's attacks, and managed to hit his Berserk Button. Spinus later edited his post to include the Israpheal's defeat some time later. Optimus Prime handed one out to the dead xenoverse crew in a similar situation to his prior ass kicking, even killing a named destroyer in the process. But he himself received a curbstomp battle from Nemesis Prime, who ran him through with his armblade and blew out his spark with his armcannon. Sentinel Prime gave a particularly heart rending one to ironhide and the arcee triplets when he was revealed to be The Mole killing all four of them before anyone could do anything to stop him. Jack did indeed give Bro, Samus Aran, and Deadpool a curbstomp battle after becoming Bec Noir and turn around what was seeming to be a losing battle. Samus did however, put up a pretty good fight.

Staring Down Cthulhu: Becquerel had two of these moments in his entrance. The first being with Spiritus Elektros, who was looking to mess around with the technology of the Homestuck Metaverse (due to that particular Metaverse's reliance on technology, this could've resulted in some bloody results). The next was with Giygas, who was looking to devour the Homestuck Metaverse. And now that Cthulhu himself is in this, everyone can do this literally. Rixio wishes to remind everyone that Cthulhu isn't as madness-inducing as he is from his canon material (doing so would lead to nasty results of God Modding), so anyone could look at him and at worst get a slight headache and a chill up there spine. Of course, Rixio also says that this would get too overused in this literal meaning, so actually staring down Cthulhu does not count as this.

Heroic Second Wind: Optimus, after getting his rear end thoroughly kicked by a giant sized Araghast the Pillager, Dark Omega Ridley, Lord Crump (in his Magnus von Grapple mech), Clockwerk, an Uber Elite Upgraded Avatar Warmech, and an Uber Elite Greater King Oni (though one should note that he was kicking the destroyer's asses up until they were able to mob him all at once), awakens the warrior within him just as Araghast gives an absolutely sickening speech (from a moral stand point) and threatens to brutally massacre and/or corrupt the other champions, starting with the younger ones. Big Mistake on Araghast's part as Optimus proceeds to return the ass kicking he got with interest and either kills or very horribly injures all six of his opponents (save for Lord Crump who only got his mech totalled and was able to eject without suffering harm to his own body) in Curbstomp battles. Given a Call-Back in the start of Act IV when he gets enough of a second wind to handily defeat many named and dead xenoverse powered destroyers. But Nemesis puts a stop to it very quickly.

Franchise Zombie: Tyrannolodon has taken great pains to ensure this doesn't happen as his real life workload increases in the last week of may so that if and when he returns for early June, he'll still have something to come back to. This will be the prelude to another hit in activity when he moves back to Sweden in mid to late June. Only time will tell if his efforts aren't in vain.

Indeed the armies of the Champions unloaded pretty much every weapon they had against him and they literally didn't even put a single scratch or scorch mark on his armor or even actually damage any part of his many layers of shielding.

Sliding Scale of Villain Effectiveness: The Fallen, Jack Noir, and Araghast have so far proven themselves to be Highly effective villains, defeating Champions rather easily and having all defeated at least one Champion and achieved some sort of victory in at least one location. The Fallen is actually undefeated and has at least one confirmed champion kill. Nemesis Prime takes the cake; having killed Optimus himself.

Hero Killer: Jack Noir will become this once he gains Becquerel's powers, Tyrannolodon says that a very significant fraction of the cast will die at his hands, and he also leaves hints that another villain may rise in the very same act. Currently the Fallen is taking this role having become the first to actually slay one of the Champions. Currently, there are two villains that the Champions fear, Jack Noir, and the Fallen, though the latter is technically on their side for the rest of the act until he dissolves the Dark Alliance's pact with the Champions in the resolution of Act II, thus heralding the onset of Act III. At that point, The Fallen will reclaim his title and become perhaps the most feared villain until THE CULLER reveals itself, and in case THE CULLER is not Bec Noir, when Jack gains Becquerel's powers. Nemesis Prime managed to do what every other destroyer before him failed to, Kill Optimus Prime. The single most powerful champion of them all, killed just like that.

Light Is Not Good: Count Bleck dresses in bright primary colors (though to be fair he surrounds himself in darkness) yet he was the initial Big Bad of Act II. However, he turned out to be an Anti-Villain who had only gone to such extremes because he thought that his beloved (Tippi/Timpani) had died, and when he found that Timpani still lived on as Tippi, he fought the champions to lose so that she may live. And when Dimentio removed the need to kill Count Bleck, he had a heartwarming reunion with Tippi. Dimentio plays this much more straight though, despite his bright and cheerful looking outfit, he is one of the most evil characters around.

Pokémon Speak: Happens with all Pokemon in this roleplay. Iron Giant has so far shown most of this trope. While Erops translates the Pokemon speak with italic text, the Pokemon in actuality are speaking their Pokemon speak. Also, there were these few instances where Pokemon cussed, and Erops didn't bother translation, such as that long string of cuss words that Iron Giant screamed after its attacks had little effect on Mogenar. Fran also shouted the F-word multiple times in a single "LEAVAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNY!!!" Oddly Inverted by Arceus, Createss of the Pokemon Metaverse. She is able to speak to the Champions normally (or telepathically; it so far remains vague), however she has been seen speaking to the Pokemon as well.

Omega Supreme is a very straight and very extreme example of this trope; whereas most Humongous Mecha tend to be in the size range of a Toho or Daiei Kaiju (30-100 meters tall), Omega Supreme stands at one thousand feet tall and transforms into a half kilometer long spaceship and dwarfs pretty much every chaos titan seen so far. His Decepticon counterpart Tidal wave is also similarly huge, having the alt mode of an Aircraft Carrier and defeated the Ambition's Hammer (an abnormally large Abominus Class Chaos Titan) quite handily.

Arguably The Dark Samus/The Metroid Prime are the ultimate example of the Bishōnen Line.

Villainous Harlequin: Jack Noir and Dimentio are both examples of this, though Jack really only looks the part and in fact hates dressing like harlequins (he likes the hat though, but that's because it looks menacing, besides, it's not really a hat so much as it's a growth on his body brought on by his prototyping ring.) Dimentio on the other hand, revels in this trope. He loves his outfit and wouldn't dress in any other way. Marx also engages in this trope, though he's significantly sillier than Dimentio and far, far, far less serious than Jack.

Then let's take the additions of the Balrog, Emperor Ing, and Knight prototyping. The Balrog adds a second pair of batwings that sprout from behind his feathery bird wings, these have a membrane of darkness and exude black ash, in addition it adds yet another pair of bull horns to Jack's head that are slanted upwards, and wreathes him in fire. The Emperor ing causes him to grow several spikes from his back, the two largest coming from his shoulder blades and going to about four feet, and makes him grow three more upwards curving horns at the front of his "hat" each being about six feet long and also makes him exude darkness. Finally the Knight prototyping causes him to thicken a bit as a second , thicker and more segmented black carapace grows over him, his mouth is covered in a grile type mouthplate, while his eyes see out of a visor, a detatcheable black triangular shield is on his back, and a black double edged sword is sheathed in a scabbard attatched to his hip. At this point, he is stupendously powerful far more powerful than he was as just Jackspers, and he can casually give the Monster In the Freaking Darkness a Offhand Backhand with such force that it sends the Mit D flying, and keep in mind the Mit D can send a woman in banded mail armor with a heavy warhorse flying for several miles with what it deems to be a light tap.

Ultimate Showdownof Ultimate Destiny: easily this series's shtick. Live Action Starscream vs Animated Starscream (tie for a while as neither are killable, but LA Starscream's superior weaponary gives him the upper hand as the fight goes on.) Live Action Starscream vs Samus Aran (Starscream has the upper hand due to his null ray blaster being able to incapacitate Samus in one shot. But she recovers quickly. The fight was interrupted before either could really claim victory.) Movie Optimus Prime vs Ridley (and Araghast, and Clockwerk, a Greater King Oni, a fully upgraded Avatar Warmech, and Magnus Von Grapple). Whether in Unstoppable Rage mode or not, Optimus easily beats the shit out of Ridley. It goes from merely beating the shit out of to outright massacering once he gets angry. The Fallen vs Jack Noir, tie for a while; then the Fallen ends up leaving Jack Noir in the dust once he stops kidding around. Jack Noir vs Xykon, Jack was winning, but he had the benefit of an invulnerable forcefield... Jack Noir vs General Grievous, stalemate. The Dark Alliance vs the Champions (with the element of surprise, the Dark Alliance wins pretty easily.)

This will climax into a four way duel for the right to lead the Destroyers. And Tyrannolodon may add other villains into the fray. This fight came out to nothing and it was mostly retconned away into a quiet coup by dark samus. Sufficiently Advanced Alien: The Necrons are inarguable examples of this trope, they have technology that lets them teleport at will, create alloys that are not only absurdly durable but can also self repair in mere moments making them more or less indestructible, create weapons technology so advanced that even their most basic guns can do a serious number to even the toughest of armor or shielding, bend the laws of reality at will, and much more. The Transformers, Droids, Imperials, Orks (yes, even the orks), forces of Chaos, and Dersites have this to a lesser extent in that their technology; while incredible, seems mundane in comparison to the Necrons. The newly added Daleks take this to an extent even the Necrons can't quite match. Stupidly deadly superweapons are a racial speciality for them. How can we forget Cthulhu? He easily walks the tight-rope of this to borderline Eldritch Abomination.

This Is a Drill: Burrows the Excadrill. What else would you call a mole with claws that click in place with a helmet and spins into the ground to dig? And with the recent addition of Mole Miner Max brings the Mole Train, a locomotive with a DRILL on the front.

Continuity Lock-Out
Sporum Dimensional Clash (Roleplay) / int_f97be86e
comment
Continuity Lockout: A common complaint lodged against Dimensional Clash V is that Tyrannolodon moves things ahead too far too fast for most people to follow. And he believes that the role play is going way too slowly as he thinks that Act II has dragged on for way too long. The Role Play's plot is rather straightforward, but it's got a ton of content that gets updated very quickly and the backstory and especially the cosmology is extremely convoluted. To help remedy this, Tyrannolodon keeps a fairly up to date summary of all events on DC V's Sporum wiki page along with many explanations of the concepts used in it and a thorough explanation of the cosmology. Be warned though, the summary is a long read despite skipping over pretty much any event that is not directly tied to the main plot.

Hopeless Boss Fight: The fight with Jack Noir in the turning point universe, he easily and quickly defeated the champions. The Champion's strife with the Fallen and the Dark Alliance following their betrayal at his command just as the Champions, Dark Alliance, and forces of the Hive Mind prepare to leave the grateful Paper Mario Multiverse for their home universes following their triumph at Castle Bleck with the captured Destroyers in tow will go like this as he overpowers the stunned and shocked Champions with ease and brings them to yet other universes following his victory to begin act III. The battle with Dark Samus in Act III is another example. I mean, come on. ENGAGE BATTLE!!! ...Five minutes later... DEFEATED. Each Champion was defeated in one hit, and knocked into a coma.

The Corrupter
Sporum Dimensional Clash (Roleplay) / int_fe6c146e
comment
The Corrupter: Summer Redwall/Redrubble was this to Matthias, tricking the rather heroic mice into believing that the Champions were some kind of ultimate evil and getting him to join the Destroyers. It didn't stick, as the contradictions in Redwall's story were pointed out to Matthias by the end of Act II. For one thing, why would anyone with even slightly benevolent intentions dub themselves The Destroyers?
