Just a list of tropes with titles that, intentionally or unintentionally, sound like superhero names. Common formats include "{Title} {Word}" and "{Word} Woman/Man/Girl/Boy/Lass/Lad".
Anyway, they were all ordinary, mild mannered tropes, when a freak nuclear/lightning/chemistry/genetics accident turned them into...
Compare The Index Team.
See also Trope Names for a Band, Trope Title Shows and Trope Title Video Games.
Contrast TV Tropes Supervillain Team (the Evil Counterpart) and TV Tropes Neutral Team (the Third Party).

The Cardinal Virtues: A four-man group of superheroes that formed to help take down the Seven Deadly Sins. While they succeeded in defeating them, three of their members died in the battle, leaving its sole survivor Temperance to retire. When the Seven Deadly Sins resurface years later, Temperance finds six plucky young heroes to fight them in his old team's memory, becoming the Seven Heavenly Virtues. It is implied by Temperance that the Cardinal Virtues were given their powers by angels, though it is never confirmed.

Neutral Good: Anthropomorphic Personification of Realism and Patron God of volunteer fire-fighters. Has no set form, but usually manifests in a pastiche of Vigilante Man and Military Superhero stereotypes. He is not allowed to interfere directly with those he influences, so he will sometimes choose an Avatar to act for him directly. The current Avatar is Only Sane Man. Because he embodies an aspect of good, he is intrinsically tied to Chaotic Good and Lawful Good.

While inherently peace loving and spends most of his days magically growing trees, he is willing to use his plant and animal magic to chase away poachers, deforestation, corrupt capitalists and pollution-based supervillains who would love nothing more than to destroy the planet.

Lawful Good: Anthropomorphic Personification of Justice and Patron God of The Real Heroes. Has no set form, but usually manifests in a pastiche of Light Is Good and Flying Brick. He is not allowed to interfere directly with those he influences, so he will sometimes choose an Avatar to act for him directly. The current Avatar is The Cape. Because he embodies an aspect of good, he is intrinsically tied to Neutral Good and Chaotic Good. While he and Chaotic Good tend to bicker, they are willing to work together to maintain the moral balance of the universe.

Chaotic Good: Anthropomorphic Personification of Freedom and Patron God of La Résistance. Has no set form, but usually manifests in a pastiche of Dark Is Not Evil and Terror Hero. He is not allowed to interfere directly with those he influences, so he will sometimes choose an Avatar to act for him directly. The current Avatar is The Cowl. Because he embodies an aspect of good, he is intrinsically tied to Neutral Good and Lawful Good. While he and Lawful Good tend to bicker, they are willing to work together to maintain the moral balance of the universe.

Rabbit Magician: A wannabe Stage Magician finds an old top-hat that belonged to The Great Whodini who disappeared under mysterious circumstances. During one performance, that magician tried the old Pull a Rabbit out of My Hat trick and was instead pulled through the hat into an alternate dimension made of pure magic. Some time later, the hat spits him back out only to find that he has been transformed into an anthropomorphic rabbit. He also discovers that the otherworldly properties of this dimension have imbued him with the ability to cast spells through the use of old magician tricks (card tricks, coin tricks, Saw a Woman in Half, etc). Now a magical bunny, the Magician must track down the origins of the hat, make allies, encounter enemies, learn more about his powers and ultimately become a hero if he ever hopes to become human again.

Staring Kid: His superpower is that he never has to blink. Yeah. The other superheroes take pity on him, and try to make up situations where his power comes in handy. His show once crossed over with Doctor Who, and his power finally became genuinely useful as he was able to completely paralyze the Weeping Angels.

Captain Superhero: The only powers he manifested were generic Flying Brick traits (which he's still angry about), so he decided he might as well have the most generic name imaginable.
