A video game created by Nintendo Software Technology & published by Nintendo. It was distributed for download on the Nintendo DSi's Ware & the Nintendo 3DS' E-Shop. The game is only worth 200 Ware points and received little promotion, yet was one of the most critically acclaimed downloadable games on the systems.Aura-Aura has fallen out of the sky & crashed onto Earth, and it is up to the player to guide him back up to space so he can become a bright shining star... Not the most in depth of plots.Gameplay consists of jumping from point to point & using Aura-Aura's Grapple Arm to latch on to them, avoiding enemies, electric fences and continuously climbing until he reaches the end point. There are 2 modes of play: Score Attack, where the player attempts to beat each of the 10 levels with the highest possible score, and Endless, where the player tries to reach the highest possible altitude within the allotted time. The following power ups can be found: Life Heart: Grants Aura-Aura with life when he takes damage. Level Up: Extends the length of Aura-Aura's Grapple Arm. Bomb: Instantly defeats all enemies on screen. Also launches Aura-Aura skyward. Bonus: Gives Aura-Aura extra points/time, depending on the game mode. UFO: Gives Aura-Aura a score/time boost & a bomb. Super Star: Makes Aura-Aura invincible, flash a rainbow of colors, & jump higher than normal. | |
