Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_mobile_ad_1'); })Dungeon Blitz is a 2D-Flash Casual side-scrolling MMORPG developed and published by Blue Mammoth Games. The story is focused on a city that sits on a crossroads between the Human World and the Sleeping Lands, an underworld of legendary creatures and civilizations whose time of grandeur have passed. The crossroads is only a few of the places on this world where the Sleeping Lands still cross into the Human World. As an adventurer in Dungeon Blitz, you will journey underground into various dungeons and locales, the Sleeping Lands, and various other locations to unlock the mystery and secrets of the world as well as fixing the problems of the populace. As an adventurer, you can either be a Paladin, Rogue, or Mage. Paladins focus on having high HP-totals, high defense, and area-of-effect damaging skills. Rogues focus on maximizing melee DPS and debuffing. Mages focus on outputting long-range (magic) damage. Though, all classes can utilize long-range attacks, only mages can maximize their long-range damage potential. Every class has their own unique sets of equipment and skills.Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_mobile_ad_2'); })Like most other MMOs, the key to advancing is to kill monsters, complete quests for EXP and Gold, kill bosses, and gain loot (both gold and item drops). Thankfully, this process and the RPG-elements are streamlined to focus on the action-portion of the game. In fact, for the most part, the RPG-elements take a back seat to the action-elements. Just good 'ol fashioned hack-and-slash mixed together with RPG-elements.This game can be played at here.

Death Is a Slap on the Wrist: In fact, when you die, you can revive in the exact same room with full health with the monsters having the same amount of HP before you died. The only negative effects are the rage meter being emptied and the chance of a rare item being dropped being decreased.

Dual Wielding: Rogues' specialty. They can wield a main weapon (usually a sword or staff) and an off-hand weapon (usually a knife). This usually makes them have the greatest Melee-DPS in the entire game.

Wake-Up Call Boss: The Dream Dragon, Sythokhan, of the Dream Dragon's Lair in River Road. Unlike the previous two bosses, slashing wildly at him will quickly get you killed due to his strong melee and fire-breathing attack. This is where it becomes vital to attack from distances, use hit-and-run tactics, dodge attacks, equip the new equipment, and utilize skills.
