Jump Scare: In the first game, after Tails beats Tails Doll, he runs over to the right, and then he suddenly catches him. Thankfully, it was All Just a Dream. A more subtle one happens right after the second game's tutorial level, where Tails Doll awaits Tails at the end and he catches him, with an abrupt cut to black and a scream before Tails starts to have his second nightmare.
