Comatose is a series of Disney crossover Fan Videos by YouTuber POJlyA set to Skillet songs. There are four videos: Comatose, Not Gonna Die, Awake & Alive, and Don't Wake Me Up.The videos are all connected. There's not much editing to them in comparison to other Non/Disney crossover works, however even with the limited effects they still get their stories through well enough.The story starts with Belle and Adam having recently been married. In his jealousy, a man named Gaston summons Maleficent to turn the prince into a monster. Belle and Adam try to go on with life as normal, but this change puts a strain on their relationship. Belle ends up leaving the castle and returning to her hometown, where she comes across Gaston. After rejecting him, Gaston takes out his anger on Belle's husband and gets others to help pillage his castle. Gaston and Adam get into a fight, which leaves both men presumably dead. Afterwards Belle is captured by Maleficent and locked in a dungeon.Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_content_3'); })Around this same time, a brother and sister are attacked under order of their king. The brother, Aladdin, ends up in the same dungeon as Belle, while his sister is taken by Jafar to be his personal pet. Belle rescues Aladdin and the two part ways. Aladdin rescues his sister Jasmine from the evil king and gets crowned prince himself. Belle was reunited with Adam, who ended up turning back into a human.Unknown to Aladdin, Jasmine met a girl named Ariel while captured by Jafar. The two became close, but Ariel was in love with a man named Eric. Jafar wanted to marry Ariel himself and was displeased when Ariel tried to run off. As a result, he turned Ariel into a mermaid and Eric into a statue.Stuck living under the sea as a mermaid, Ariel ends up living in Atlantis with other merpeople. Triton isn't pleased about Ariel and her Eric statue, as Eric was a fisherman, but he lets Ariel be for the time being. While visiting the surface Ariel spots a human sailor boy named Jim and falls instantly in love with him. Jim also feels attracted to Ariel as well. The two, however, don't meet again until Jim later on finds Ariel crying. Ariel, Triton, and Jim's crew end up getting into a skirmish involving the sea-witch Ursula.
