Everybody Hates Mathematics: Discussed in the retrospective on Cool Math Games, a kids' website that hosts a wide variety of games—it started off being focused solely on math, but quickly accrued lots of non-educational games as well, which became what most people know the site for. Izzy notes that a lot of people (themself included) struggle with math, finding it boring or just being unable to fully get their head around it, and grow to hate it as a result. The website's creator, Karen, talks about this in her bio, noting that they themself hated math class as a kid and frequently failed tests. However, after they received lessons that clicked for her, they started doing much better, and came to love the subject they once hated. Her goal in creating Cool Math Games was to make learning math fun and rewarding for kids. Izzy bemusedly notes that, while Cool Math Games is beloved among internet users, it's not beloved for the math part—but that Karen's cause is nonetheless very noble, and learning via a game or puzzle is genuinely more compelling and interesting to a lot of people. | |

Narm Charm:invoked This tends to be her opinion on a lot of things that most people would consider to be "cringey". Specific examples include: Her opinion of the Warrior Cats books. While they poke fun at the recycled storylines, overdramatic plots and characters (who, again, are cats), various logical inconsistences and continuity errors, and the fandom generally being a bit unhinged, they also state that the books are a lot of fun and very addictive, comparing them to soap operas in that respect. They also gush over the fanbase's creativity and the absolutely stunning fanart that's out there. Also her opinion on a lot of Creepypasta, especially from the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic community, such as Luna Game. They take the piss out of the hokey storylines and cheap scares, and pokes fun at all the clichés, but still looks on most of them with fondness, reminiscing about how much they scared her as a kid.
