Adaptational Heroism: Prince Halan is still a jerk who's bitter about Jadina breaking off their engagement but he respects her decision and never collaborates with villains to win her back. To a lesser extent, Darkhell is this combined with Adaptational Wimp; his villainy is significantly toned down from the Omnicidal Maniac from the comics who was infamous for burning villages before the Jovenia incident and attempted to destroy the world of elfes upon his return. Here his schemes usually just amounts to Take Over the World. He also has a few Pet the Dog like giving the Legendaries a Mercy Lead at Tenebris' request or releasing an Hostage for MacGuffin once he gets what he wanted. | |
