It aired as part of Cartoon Network's Big Pick Weekend, where viewers were allowed to vote on the next cartoon series, ultimately becoming the winner. Once the main series was produced, the short was included in an episode with Operation: C.A.K.E.D. along with the failed Kenny and the Chimp pilot, Diseasy Does It (or Chimp 'n' Pox).The plot, like in the main series, is Serious Business. Adult Swim at the local pool has been extended to the point that kids get no swim time of their own. The Kids Next Door decide to put a stop to it, but find themselves up against lifeguards Mr. Fibb and Mr. Wink in their souped up Super Chair.
