America's Kingdom is an independent comic created by Brian Hawkins, with art by Ariz Gonzales. It is published through Gnosis Studios. In an alternate universe, America won her independence, but was set up as a new monarchy rather than a democracy. George Washington was crowned its first king. In the modern day, his descendants still rule, with King George X being the most recent and his son Prince Geoffrey waiting in the wings. After an attack on the eve of Geoffrey's coronation, the soon-to-be king deploys his knights to hunt for the elusive Peerless Fortane, who has vowed to take him down.Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_mobile_ad_1'); })

Inadequate Inheritor: Prince Geoffrey is deeply unpopular with the people because of his late father being a brutal tyrant, and he gets even less popular after holding the execution of Benedictine Arnold on national television.

Alternate History: The series takes place on an alternate earth where America became a monarchy rather than a republic, with George Washington's family on the throne. The Secret Service are the Knights of America's Kingdom, the White House is a White Palace, and guns have been banned for over a decade.

Make an Example of Them: Prince Geoffrey's hope is that a public execution of a subversive will make other subversives think twice about coming after him as he prepares to become the new King.
