Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_mobile_ad_1'); })Die-Cut is a Marvel Comics series, published as part of the Marvel UK brand.Czorn Yson is an alien warrior from Ganalon, one of a race who've been locked in a war with their cyborg enemies for a very long time.Czorn himself was taken prisoner, tortured for a very long time, and then killed by an intruder, Death’s Head, who had not yet escaped his ‘Minion’ programming and was still assimilating the minds of targets with useful skills. In Czorn’s case, those skills included an unnatural talent with blades.Eventually, he escaped Death’s Head’s mind into a newly constructed body, equipped with the impossibly sharp 'psythe'. And that’s when the trouble really started.

Affably Evil: Mr Veneer. It helps that he's actually a mutant whose power helps to enforce this. As long as he's pleasant to people, their responses seem to be non-violent.

The only subversion is that he values life and really doesn’t like killing humans or other organic sentients. However, he also thinks all cyborgs and robots are abominations that must be destroyed, so…
