Watson and Holmes is a four-issue Kickstarter-funded comic book released in 2013, adapted from the Sherlock Holmes stories by Arthur Conan Doyle. The comic was written by Karl Bollers, with art by Rick Leonardi.Dr. Jon Watson is a veteran from Afghanistan who now works as a doctor at an inner city hospital in Harlem. He meets private investigator Sherlock Holmes when one of his cases brings him to said hospital. From there, the two are brought to work together (at Holmes' behest) on a case involving a missing girl. From there, they become partners and take on a whole series of cases.Not to be confused with the film Holmes & Watson. |
