The olm prophecy from "Will of the Guardian" also says that the main arc of the story is the three groups of people (presumably the Calamity Trio, Amity/Luz, and Dipper/Mabel) will have to unite on Earth to stop an event known as "The Fall". No indication or hints are given as to what "The Fall" is, however, other than that the fate of the multiverse depends on it and the entity known as "Him" is likely to be one of its main instigators.
