UNDER CONSTRUCTIONThis page assumes you have played Dragalia Lost since some of what you'll see may not make sense unless you were engaged in the events there. Therefore, there will be unmarked spoilers for that game, whereas spoilers exclusive to AzulDragalia will be appropriately marked. You Have Been Warned. Our main characters clockwise from center to left: Nedrick, Zethia, Euden, TobiasAzulDragalia / Visions Of Alberia is a Dragalia Lost fanwork made by AzulStryer/Somepersonnamedcaloy, primarily being an Alternate Universe of the game itself.Although there are plans to make it into a full-fledged story via the Dragalia Lost Story Enginemade by dabblerdragon as of writing, the author has opted to write it in a dialogue format reminiscent to Dragalia Life and the ingame dialogue itself and will post occasional batches in the titular subreddit and sometimes promote it within the main Dragalia subreddit.While it retells the main campaign and some events, AzulDragalia expands on, changes some, and does both for most of the characters, primarily Ezelith who is the 8th scion of the Alberian Royal Family with some issues, and Zethia who gains some quirkier traits, and loses out on her Damsel in Distress status.One major change in this version of events involves Zethia not being captured by Aurelius in Euden's first campaign chapter. Outside of Euden's story? There are Tobias and Nedrick's stories which also take place around the same time, with them occasionally grouping up in The Halidom, or in Euden and Tobias' cases, teaming up. Outside of that, the tone of the stories/batches traditionally fluctuates on being utterly silly and irreverent or drop-dead serious and dire. Because Alberian Royals have dour subject matters in hand, Ezelith is a shining example of this. In "The 8th Scion's Opinion Of The Royal Family", her section with Leonidas eventually starts sounding too personal, with her being vocally upset about his Motive Decay, hinting at a major connection between the two, which "Better Than Nothing" reveals the two of them to be biologically related at the end. In that relevant story, Ezelith recounts how her (mostly?) possessed dad pulled the Disappointed in You card, and that she didn't take it well in the slightest, with Euden explicitly saying he saw the whole thing transpire. And that's not getting into the fact that whatever the hell happened in Valkaheim may have made her this way... | |

Cerebus Rollercoaster: This is the tone for Visions Of Alberia. Most parts of the story/strips have an irreverent and silly vibe, with The Halidom acting like a full-on Cloud Cuckoo Lander group, Leonidas screwing up a chess move Played for Laughs with a Curse Cut Short, and an age-old question about snakes taking a turn for the weird when Zethia jumps in. However, there are recurring themes of revenge to the point that Laranoa and Fleur are a little too eager to partake in. Euden becoming willing to face what was initially a Hesitant Sacrifice for currently unspecified reasons much to the sadness of his sister, and this is just getting into a few of them.
