Midoriya manifesting his Regeneration Quirk makes Bakugo think more highly of him, taking back his earlier assertion that any Quirk Midoriya gets can't possibly be better than Explosion. The two remain friends as a result and train for years to become heroes when they get older. A combination of Bakugo being let in on the secret of One For All and Midoriya's Regeneration helps him understand how to properly use it much earlier. To help matters, All Might brings in a second teacher since he realizes he's not fully qualified to teach. Enter Endo Hound. Midoriya's greater control of One For All let's him ace the UA Entrance Exam with way more Villain and Rescue points than in canon, making him the class valedictorian instead of Bakugo. In general, the presence of the SCP Foundation completely supplants the Hero Public Safety Commission, resulting in far less corruption in hero society since the O5 Council is more interested in the safety of the people than whatever power they might have over the world's heroes. In this world, Aoyama was born with Navel Laser, meaning he is never made into All For One's secret mole in UA. Instead, All For One makes use of his half-brother, Neito Monoma. During the UA Sports Festival, Midoriya is able to defeat Todoroki after helping him break his mental limits regarding his Quirk. Thus Midoriya fights Bakugo in the final round. Because of the greater challenge and winning by the skin of his teeth, Bakugo takes his first-place victory with more grace and humility. Ida is able to have a better talk with his brother Tensei after being crippled by Stain thanks to the presence of Depestilous/SCP-049. This leads to Ida taking the name Ingenium without reservation and not actively hunting Stain for revenge. Instead of interning with Manual, Ida chooses to train with Swift Sculpt/SCP-173. Since Midoriya is able to control One For All much better, even unlocking several of the Quirks connected to it, he interns with Regenizard/SCP-682 instead of Grain Torino. The events of the UA Sports Festival help Todoroki's relationship with Endeavor, with the latter recommending the former to intern with Infablaze/SCP-457. The fight with Stain goes much better in the long run, ultimately resulting in Ida, Todoroki, and Midoriya getting partial credit for his arrest as sidekicks. Stain also sees his worldview shattered, and surrenders without issue. The League of Villains winds up much different since Spinner, Compress, and Mustard never decide to join, Toga is found and ultimately adopted by Vlad King, and Dabi is murdered by Banananasher. Of the canon members of the League, only Shigaraki (later Shimura), Twice, and Magne still remain. The USJ incident and training camp go badly for the League. Being more secure in his role as All Might's successor, Midoriya decides not to turn to Sir Nighteye for the work-study. Instead, he applies at the agency of Chain Hero, Valjean.
