 Of Wikipedia and Murder is an NCIS fanfic by Lisa H. posted in 2015. The author has written a few more fanfics. It can be read here.The fanfic includes Harmon Rabb, Jr. from JAG, Agent Deeks from NCIS: Los Angeles and Agent Brody from NCIS: New Orleans. The author imagines that Rabb lost the coin toss to Mac at the end of JAG and started working as an NCIS agent on the same team led by Agent Gibbs (the very same NCIS agent who thought Rabb guilty of killing Lt.  Disproportionate Retribution: Even if Amirov was stalking Turner, which is of course wrong and should be considered a crime, Turner seems much angrier about Amirov's allegedly messing up a Wikipedia page, and that is the catalyst for her to kill Amirov. In many U. S. jurisdictions, stalking is a misdemeanor punishable by a few years in jail and/or a fine of a few thousand dollars, the aggravating factor being that the victim is less than 18 years old, which should not be the case with Lt. Turner. Amirov would not have gotten a death penalty if he had been tried and convicted of stalking Turner. Using Wikipedia for cyber-bullying is also wrong, but the law has not caught up. Even so, it should not merit a death penalty either.
