Underestimating Badassery: Hopper brushes off Loomis' warnings about Michael Myers, claiming him to just be a man in a mask when they first meet and Hopper is holding a shotgun at Myers. The Shape promptly dodges his shotgun blast, disarms Hopper, chokes him, and throws him into a coffee table. Similarly, Nancy shoots Michael several times in the chest and assumes he's dead when he falls to the ground only to look in horror as Myers slowly stands back up. Lastly, The Party assume Michael will be no match against Eleven's telekinesis only for The Shape to power through it. |
