Blackbird (2019) is a film that centers around a dying mother, who assembles her family to spend a final weekend together before she ends her life.A family of three generations gather over a weekend to say goodbye to Lily (Susan Sarandon), who suffers from an incurable disease. With the help of her husband, Paul (Sam Neill), she has chosen to use euthanasia when the weekend is over.
