The Extreme Adventures of Super Dave is a 2000 comedy film spin-off of the Super Dave sketches from the eponymous series as well as the earlier sketch show Bizarre. Directed by Peter MacDonald, the film stars Bob Einstein, Art Irizawa, Don Lake, and Mike Walden as their characters Super Dave Osborne, Fuji Hakayito, Donald Glantz, and Mike Walden along with Gia Carides, Dan Hedaya, and Steve Van Wormer.Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_mobile_ad_1'); })Following a disastrous stunt failure during New Year’s Eve of 1999, Super Dave decides to retire. He soon meets Sandy and her son Timmy, whose heart condition leads him to accept an offer from his arch-nemeses, sleazy promoter Gil Ruston and Dave’s turncoat protege DJ, to come out of retirement for one last stunt that will raise enough money for Timmy’s heart operation, despite his legendary klutziness working against him. | |
