Ryannote No last name given (born June 24, 1994), better known as 8-BitRyan is a Youtube-based gamer from the United Kingdom. Ryan is known for his gameplay coverage of various Indie games, though has on occasion dabbled in more mainstream titles such as Call of Duty and Resident Evil.Ryan originally started uploading videos on 8-BitGaming, a channel that he and his childhood friend "Other" Ryan (now known as Bazamalam) started in August 2013, where they would often discuss and play the Five Nights at Freddy's games. Eventually, Ryan started his own channel in March 2015, and has continued with 8-BitRyan ever since, though will occasionally collaborate with Bazamalam as well as a few other gamers. Ryan is also commonly associated with gamers Dawko and Razzbowski.Ryan usually uploads a few days a week, and to date has accumulated 3+ million subscribers on his channel. Alongside his regular gaming content, Ryan will occasionally react to Analog Horror videos, as well as content sent to him by his fan base where he challenges himself to either not laugh or not get scared. | |

The Cameo: Ryan has appeared in a small number of works. Anyone who's played The Sorrowvirus will notice that the main character shares an uncanny resemblance to Ryan...and that's because the main character is actually modeled around Ryan. He even provides the voice of the character too. Ryan is one of three Youtube LetsPlayers who was added as a playable character to the Dark Deception: Monsters and Mortals game in one of their DLC packages. In a DLC patch for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, Ryan was added as an NPC where he appears as a bartender that offers a side quest to the player. A mod exists for the game Friday Night Funkin', where Boyfriend meets and battles against Ryan in his home. Ryan, along with a handful of other LetsPlayers, has a cameo in the Five Nights at Freddy's (2023) movie. | |
