 "After King Kong Fell" is a 1973 short story written by author Philip José Farmer.Tim Howller and his six year-old granddaughter Jill are watching the classic film King Kong (1933). After watching it Jill asks him if what she saw was real. It wasn't, but Tim it was based on real events.
