Being the sensible person that he is and easily perceiving faults with what the King and Princess have told them (such as being able to go home and conveniently being forgotten in their original world until the Demon King is defeated), decides not to associate himself with the Humas or the Heroes and up and leaves. If that isn't the kicker, it turns out that Hiiro was bestowed Unique Magic that is one of a kind, specifically called Word Magic that allows him to essentially manifest almost anything by writing it.
