A specific type of Memetic Mutation, like the Memetic Badass but far, far worse for the character's reputation. Maybe the character has a habit of making unsettling facial expressions. Maybe they are just a little bit too casually hands-on with the people around them, even if they don't know them that well. Perhaps their name, weaponry, or design is a bit... suggestive of something. It could be justified in that those vibes of suspicion are coming from their preferred choice of company or method of blackmail. For whatever reason, the Fanon hivemind will portray this character as a rapist for the lulz. Compare and contrast with Memetic Psychopath, who is depicted as Ax-Crazy for laughs. Compare and contrast with a Memetic Troll, who is depicted as a Troll for laughs. Compare Yandere, which is when a character is like this in canon. |

Everyone on Welcome to Pooh Corner. The unsettling designs of the costumes would tip just about anyone off, but what really gives them this reputation is the episode Too Smart For Strangers, which is a PSA episode about the dangers of letting strangers take advantage of you. The special goes horrifyingly in detail, even coming close to mentioning molestation by name. The ironic thing is, in trying to teach people to not be molested by others, they come across as molesters themselves.

Drake Merwin from Gone, although Canon seems to be encouraging this now. In Gone and Hunger, it was mostly just a couple lines he says to/about Diana, but by Plague, he's talking about Brianna enjoying nonspecific torture he's pretending she received from him, winking at Astrid while threatening to "come up and play" with her, and fantasizing about what a long time he'll take with Diana when he gets to her. In short, downright creepy. It becomes officially canon in Light: He has sexual fantasies about Gaia, who has the body of a nine year-old girl. Gaia seems to be largely fine with this, presumably since she could just kill him if things went too far, but it's incredibly creepy for the reader.

In Deathly Hallows, there's a bit where he tries to convince Draco to do something whilst leaning really close to him, stroking the back of his neck and whispering creepily. The evil puppets from the Angel episode "Smile Time". The episode opens with a puppet on the TV screen asking a child to touch the TV screen reassuring him that it will be okay, then magically sucking the life energy out of him while making moans of pleasure reminiscent of sexual pleasure. A later line in the episode makes it clear that the puppets' explicit goal is to steal the innocence of children and export it into the hell dimensions.

House: Tritter, with his main victims being House, Wilson or Chase. Helped by David Morse being unbelievably creepy in the role. House himself can be seen as this sometimes. Remember when he asked a little girl if she had hair in her special place? But House manages to avert this quite well, actually. Despite constant sexual comments towards almost everyone and claiming to spend absurd amounts of money on prostitutes, there are about three times in the entire series he has had sex, one of which was a hallucination. |

Heroes: Chandra Suresh. Chandra×Gabriel and Chandra×Eden are usually considered consensual, if squicky, but Chandra×Mohinder, Chandra×Shanti, and, for some bizarre reason, Chandra×Monty? Not so much. It's been mentioned that Mohinder wouldn't have been able to run out and buy last-minute curare to dose Sylar with, so it's become a running joke that it was Chandra's, which he planned to use to drug the specials he lured back to the apartment. Mohinder even said that the chai (which he secretly dosed with curare) is his father's recipe when Sylar asks about it. Arthur Petrelli: 90% of the time this is his fanfic characterization, because he apparently wasn't enough of a douchebag in canon. (The whole "bad-touch power" thing doesn't help.) What about Sylar? Jeez, Zachary Quinto manages to make him multiple types of creepy at once, including serial-killer-creepy, Mommy-issues-creepy, mind-rape-creepy, literal-mind-rape-creepy, not-literal-mind-rape-creepy, I-will-find-you creepy, and most of all, rapist creepy. He's even creepy in the flash backs and flash forwards when he's not a serial killer. Zachary Quinto is amazing-ly creepy. Eric Doyle, the Puppet Master (though that one is canon). Samuel Sullivan from season four qualifies. Let's see, he runs a carnival and plays into the creepy, perverted carny stereotype quite well. He has sexual tension with everyone and is constantly being all touchy-feely with his main hench-people, Lydia and Edgar. Oh, and he does the same thing to Sylar, Hiro, and really almost anyone who visits his carnival. Not to mention, he has Lydia use her empathy power so that he can stalk other specials and recruit them to his carnival. Samuel's memetic molester behavior is parodied in this (safe for work) fanart: [1] |

The Wolf in Into the Woods. There are several reasons for this; the fact that he seems much older than Little Red Riding Hood (due to the actor playing him), the weird "walking in place" thing he does on stage, him singing a song about consuming Red and one other thing... HIS FURRY PENIS IS VISIBLE DURING THE ENTIRE SONG! The original fairy tale had a distinct sexual vibe to it; the wolf was in many ways a sexual predator. |

Hannibal Lecter from the series of the same name gets a fair bit of this as far as his relationship with Will Graham is concerned. Comments by his actor Mads Mikkelsen, which confirm that he loves Will in his own twisted fashion, don't help. Nor does the fact that Hannibal is Gaslighting Will through a decent part of the series to convince him that he's a serial killer and essentially mentally raping him.

Harry Potter: Fenrir Greyback's obsession with kids (his tendency to bite them, which turns them into werewolves, and then kidnap them and raise them to hate normal wizards) has been interpreted by a lot of the fandom as pedophilia. His remark about Hermione — to Ron, when she was about to be tortured, in Deathly Hallows — ("Reckon Bellatrix'll let me have a bit of the girl when she's finished with her?") only adds to the rapist vibe. Young Tom Riddle seems a heck of a lot like an Internet predator. He meets Ginny through a medium (not face to face), gains her trust and eventually starts manipulating her, and then convinces her to meet him in person, leaving her traumatized and drained. Tom also kind of seduced the much older Horace Slughorn. There were also those two younger kids whom he led to a cave while on a field trip. According to the owner of the orphanage, they didn't seem to be physically hurt, but they were "never quite the same" after whatever it was that happened in there... On that note, many found Horace Slughorn's fondness for "collecting" children, particularly teenage boys, a bit suspect. What about Lockhart? A school full of girls drooling over him, and his talent with Memory Charms... Voldemort spends the series attacking Harry and messing with his emotions via invading his dreams. Peter Pettigrew, who spent years sleeping in the bed of (pre)pubescent boys as their "pet". |

Considering that the above example is partly based on Little Red Riding Hood and other fairy tales (with all the creepy baggage and Grimmification that tends to go with the package), can you really blame people for thinking such? The original Big Bad Wolf has not escaped from this either, but considering he stalks a young girl across a forest then impersonates a trusted member of her family to get closer to her, this sort of thing is more than slightly inevitable. Then again, story was essentially An Aesop about how women should be wary of strangers because they might intend to rape and kill them. There isn't anything memetic about it.

SCP Foundation SCP-106, mostly due to him looking like a typical Dirty Old Man. SCP-953, considering she raped the corpse of a Foundation agent's fiancée while said agent was watching. On a related note, it's implied in 682's termination-attempt logs that 106 once tried to rape 953 in a Mêlée à Trois with 682 (breaking their Mexican Standoff in the process). Understandably, neither 682 nor 953 want to talk about it. SCP-2521, based largely on the image of it wrapping a D-class in its tentacles and abducting them with a heart on its "face." Dr Bright has been subject to this, ranging from vandal edits to the list of The Things Dr Bright Is Not Allowed To Do At The Foundation to fan portrayals taking his comedic depravity to its logical extreme. |

Supernatural: Azazel; if you don't see it, you aren't paying attention. Mostly confirmed in the flashback of how he first met the Winchester family. Alastair. Oh dear. Crowley. For starters, he's over 300 years old, brokers deals mainly by kiss, and given what he sold his soul for... He also makes a Double Entendre whenever he gets the chance, and Word of Saint Paul states he enjoys making people uncomfortable for his own amusement. Not to mention he possessed a woman and had a foursome with her husband and another couple! Chuck help you... His temporary marriage to Lola. Enough said. Lucifer. Dear God. His tormenting of Sam in season 5 in regards to wanting to possess him (needing his consent to do so, talking about how he will make Sam 'let him in') was joked about... then in season 7 they became dodgier bunk-buddy comments about making Sam his bitch in "every sense of the term" during the year Sam was trapped in Hell with him. It's now pretty much considered canon by much of the fandom that he tortured Sam sexually. |

Discworld: "Greebo could, in fact, commit sexual harassment simply by sitting very quietly in the next room." (Note that that line isn't a meme. It's a quote from one of the books.) Greebo is, however, a cat (even when magic-ed into human shape), so human sexual morality doesn't really apply to him. Not helped by a common description of him being that of a particularly dominant tomcat — the desire to 'fight or rape anything up to and including a four-horse logging wagon.' |

Homestuck: The fandom gave this treatment to sober!Gamzee. The rapefics were already hitting the web just a few days after his Face–Heel Turn. More recently, he's also become something of a Memetic Molestee, due to his genetic connections to even scarier people (see Hivefled) and a canonical Mind Rape at Aranea's hands. Doc Scratch seems to be going this way too, due to his interactions with Rose and Jade. The revelation that he is part Cal probably helped... This has persisted even after the revelation that he is not anatomically correct. It then gets even worse in the 08/07/11 updates. Apparently 1. he's been keeping Aradia's ancestor the Handmaid locked up in his apartment, 2. she's lost her furniture privileges before, 3. she does not want to be there, 4. she's been raised by Doc Scratch her whole life. Eridan also gets this treatment, due to in canon being a Jerkass who tries to get with anyone who'll take him with a massive Entitled to Have You complex, not to mention that he kills the girl who rejects him with his behavior in fanon often being upgraded to this trope. This later receives a Fandom Nod with his ancestor, Cronus, who takes the fanon portrayal of Eridan and runs with it, making Cronus an actual molester who actually hits on Eridan himself, even though Eridan is in fact his genetic fathernote possibly younger than him, due to very complicated mechanics involving ghost-imprint biology, alternate universes, and ghosts not aging — though this has extremely Squicky connotations to humans, trolls actually have no incest taboo (due to Bizarre Alien Reproduction). Cronus is still creepy, though. To a much lesser extent than the above, Terezi also gets this treatment in some fanart due to her habit of licking things, since after going blind she learned how to taste colors. The Condesce also gets this treatment, possibly for kidnapping Roxy. Bro Strider as well, considering he abused Dave, forcing Dave to duel with him regularly, for the entirety of Dave's life. Also taking into account his puppet fetish and (like all of the other Guardians) expressionless (and indeed, near-completely-devoid-of-features) face. |

Freddy Krueger of A Nightmare on Elm Street. The biggest piece of evidence probably being a line from Freddy vs. Jason: Wes Craven originally planned for Freddy in the original movie to be a child molester as well as a child murderer, but trashed the idea to avoid being accused of exploiting a series of highly publicized alleged child molestations that were happening in California at the time the film was in production. While Freddy was never confirmed to be a pedophile or a rapist, the series is filled with innuendo implicating, but not outright saying it ("You are all my children now", etc). He is confirmed to be a child molester and rapist in the 2010 remake, however. |

Harry Potter: Lucius Malfoy in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. His first appearance involves the following: he introduces himself to Harry, talks in a simpering, slithery voice, (Mister Potter? Lucius Malfoy. We meet at last.), shakes Harry's hand, and then suddenly pulls Harry close to him, where he uses his cane to pull back Harry's bangs to take a look at his scar, without his consent. (Your scar is legend...) Or how in the fourth movie, he stops Harry with his cane and tells him ominously, "Do enjoy yourself, won't you? While you can..." In the MAD Magazine parody of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban ("Harry Plodder and the Pre-Teen Nerds are Actin' Bad"), when Malfoy gets attacked by Buckbeak, he says he won't describe what he's doing to him with his horse half. In Deathly Hallows, there's a bit where he tries to convince Draco to do something whilst leaning really close to him, stroking the back of his neck and whispering creepily. Draco has pretty much the same look on his face as when Bella was doing it: "Why oh why must my family keep pseudo-hitting on me?" Also that incredibly uncomfortable moment in the sixth film when Bellatrix, apropos of nothing, kisses Draco's neck. In a way one does not kiss a nephew. Made considerably worse by the frequent implications of inbreeding when it comes to the pureblood families (in the books at any rate). Oh, and then there's Ralph Fiennes' creepy portrayal of Voldemort in the fourth movie onward. Especially creepy is the way he calls Robert Pattinson's dead character "such a handsome boy" and strokes the corpse's face with his toes. That graveyard scene was just unfortunate in a myriad of ways, wasn't it? Gilderoy Lockhart had a large number of young female fans at Hogwarts. There is a spell called Obliviate that allows wizards to erase memories without a trace, which Gilderoy Lockhart was absurdly good at, to the point where he could make people not even realize what memories they had lost. Gilderoy Lockhart loved fame, fortune, and the admiration of his fans, and for a detention called students up to his office to sort through his fan mail. All alone in his office, with a man who could make you forget anything. Peter Pettigrew slept in Ron Weasley's bed. Remember that spell called Obliviate? Bellatrix also gets on the action in Deathly Hallows Part I. She pins Hermione on the floor and lies on top of her during their "girl talk". There's also the Snatcher (Scabior) who keeps cropping up in the Deathly Hallows films and his uncomfortable fixation on Hermione. According to an Entertainment Weekly interview, they had to tone the creepiness down. Then there's that awkward moment where Voldemort hugs Draco and moans his name while doing so, making it sound more like he's having sex with him. |

In Dungeons & Dragons, the number of part-dragon races and monsters has led to the fandom thinking that dragons are perverts that will screw anything. The Horny Bard is an archetype largely born from the stereotype that Bards are travelling lotharios out to screw everything. Naturally, that includes dragons. Orcs and Goblins, due to their historic characterisation of being largely tribes of raiders who Rape, Pillage, and Burn any town unlucky enough to cross them, which sometimes gets fetishised into focusing on just the first part. Somewhat justified in Orc cases by the existence of Half-Orcs being formerly a core player race, indicating that this happened so much there was an entire race of people born from it. |

Captain Hook in the 2003 incarnation of Peter Pan. The film, unintentionally or not, milks the interpretation that Wendy is split between the tweenage Peter and more mature Hook, but the issue is that Captain Hook seems to requite the feelings. This is mainly thanks to his lack of personal space, tendency to grab the protagonists whenever they're close enough, and the incredibly creepy way he first greets Wendy when she wakes up on his ship (stressing her surname into an endearment).

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street: Beadle Bamford. Granted, he does spend most of his stage/screentime with canon rapist Judge Turpin. Also, he's especially creepy in the movie (being played by Timothy Spall does him no favors). Then there's his cane, which he can make longer or shorter because it folds up. Ew... (And Turpin is, in some circles, a memetic Anthony-rapist. Also creepily movie-canon.) Turpin basically calls Anthony a slut when he first meets him. Being a sailor, he Really Gets Around. This scene also has a pretty heavy Turpin-creeping-on-the-physically-small-longhaired-pretty-Anthony vibe, at least in the film. Showing a victim porn (which is basically what he's doing) is a tactic of real life molesters. Not to mention his disturbingly excited look when he watches Turpin rape Lucy Barker.

Star Trek: The Original Series: Captain Kirk is memetically known for Boldly Coming well out of proportion to how often it actually happens in the series. But when fans run the numbers, it turns out that he actually unambiguously sleeps with someone only about two to four times in the series, and remarkably, in each case he was at least arguably under some form of constraint. What happens much more frequently is that he flirts with a woman who is (or whose faction is) threatening the ship in some way, as a distraction.

A Song of Ice and Fire: Ser Gregor Clegane is a sadistic mass murderer and equally active rapist, but because he's such a devastatingly powerful warrior, the Lannister house does everything it can to keep him from paying for his crimes. While he's nicknamed in canon "The Mountain that Rides", some fans have nicknamed him "The Mountain that Rapes" on account of his proclivities. Fan Nickname aside, this one isn't so much memetic as horrifically canon. Littlefinger's reputation as one grows with each book. He seems to have passed his obsession with Catelyn Stark onto her daughter Sansa, who is described as looking very much like her mother. Joffrey is known to have bullied his little brother Tommen, but it is commonly believed by fans that he molested him as well. Euron Greyjoy's sexual abuse of his two younger brothers including Aeron and his oozing interaction with some of the characters has earn him this reputation among the fandom. Both Ramsay Snow/Bolton and his father Roose. Although much like Gregor, not so much memetic since Roose gives us the unforgettable line, "Don't make me regret the day I raped your mother" to his son. Roose starts to get this reputation as early as the first book, as Robb is creeped out by him. Nearly every viewpoint character that interacts with Roose takes notice of his creepy eyes and features and very low, almost whisper-like voice. At one point in Arya's chapters, he makes her attend him while he is naked and being leeched. Viserys, although much like Gregor Clegane, this one is more or less canon as well. In Dany's very first chapter, he is noted as being incredibly invasive of his sister's personal space. In the TV series, when she is about to be bathed, Viserys "examines" her and caresses her nipples. Dany's facial expressions make it seem like this is a common occurrence for her. The fifth book revealed that Viserys was planning on taking her virginity first before Drogo had a chance to, but Illyrio put guards outside Dany's bedchamber to prevent it from happening. |

Willy Wonka from the more recent adaptation of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory inspired quite a lot of people to call him a pedo. (Probably due to some superficial similarities to Michael Jackson to begin with; at the time the film hit theaters, Jackson's trial on child molestation charges had just wrapped up.) Note that he was intentionally depicted as eccentric by Johnny Depp, who got his inspiration from the overly enthusiastic kids show hosts of his youth, as opposed to Jackson. This little cross-over comic. Even Erik finds it messed up. |

Zuko in The Last Airbender is one of these due to the way he says, "BRING ME YOUR ELDERLY!" to the people of the Southern Water Tribe. It comes off as if he has an old lady fetish whereas in the the show it's based on, he actually explains what he means. He's looking for the old people because they might know something about the Snipe Hunt for the Avatar that he's on but that never comes across in the movie.

A lot of memes predict that Avengers: Endgame will be won by Ant-Man shrinking himself, climbing up Thanos' ass, then returning to full size. From the movie itself, Captain Marvel (2019) was immediately hit with this trope as a result of her unintentionally lascivious one-liner with the canonically 16-year-old Spider-Man. Scarlet Witch also gets this because she’s about 30 and her Love Interest, The Vision, was technically only three (he’s a robot) when he got killed in Avengers: Infinity War. Considering how memetic Thanos is in it of himself, it should be no surprise that he winds up in this territory as well. He has an odd relationship with Gamora, gets up close and personal with children, and wants to wipe out half the population. There are a few ways that this goal can be interpreted. After he actually accomplishes his goal, he just becomes a farmer. |

Barney, the titular character of Barney & Friends, may as well be the poster child for this trope. Think about it: he's always hanging around kids, "I love you" is practically his catchphrase (to the point he has a song about it; you know the one), and to make matters worse, he sounds incredibly creepy when he talks. All that's missing is a van with "Free Candy" painted on the side. Also, he is a Tyrannosaurus rex and the cast of kids he is hanging with change every season... |

Alien: Xenomorphs are often treated this way. They give off a lot off rapey vibes, what with lurking in the shadows to stalk their prey. In the first film, one of them slides its phallic tail up Lambert's leg, and when Ripley is running around in her underwear, the alien is lying in wait, ready to ambush her whilst she's alone and helpless. Then there's the facehuggers, who forcefully impregnate people by latching onto them and forcing eggs down their throat. The implications were intentional, but that doesn't make it any less creepy. It's even worse in Alien: Resurrection, where Ripley is captured by the Queen and forced to engage in weird hybrid sex. |

Warhammer 40,000 Lucius the Eternal is jokingly considered the ultimate rapist by the fandom. Although he's actually a masochistic swordsman, the fact that he serves Slaanesh sort of turns him into this trope. He will penetrate the rear armour of anything with his Rod Lash of Torment. OH YEAH!! On the subject of Slaanesh, Daemonettes have been depicted as raping (or being raped by) almost everyone in the setting at least once. Being daemonic servants of the literal god of perversion and depravity doesn't hurt. The Sisters of Battle are pedophiles thanks to 4chan's Tabletop Games section. Any and all Dark Eldar are subject to this treatment, and although they are known to rape on occasion they much prefer to torture their victim to death, resurrect them, torture them again and then eat their souls (metaphorically, as they use their painful deaths to stave off the fact that Slaanesh has a claim to all Eldar souls while normal Eldar just use soulstones). However, since torture is basically sex for them... Slaanesh him/herself is usually portrayed this way by 4chan, usually being depicted dressed like Dr. Frank-N-Furter and deliberately trying to get anybody entering his/her domain to become slaves to him/her, and gets a massive turn-on when asked to go fuck him/herself with a chainsword.◊ |

Doctor Who: The creators had this trope in their heads before the show came out. The Doctor's first companion Susan was rewritten to be his granddaughter as they thought an old man travelling with an unrelated teenage girl would look bad. The Master, most commonly with the Doctor, due to No Sense of Personal Space coupled with epic levels of Foe Romance Subtext, though other characters are certainly not immune. Sort of inevitable considering his tendency to spout ridiculously suggestive lines while he asserts his dominance, physically or emotionally, and how his friggin' name is "the Master". In the Master's female incarnation as Missy (short for "Mistress"), she even tells others that the Doctor is her "boyfriend" and kisses him before revealing who she is. Especially considering his tendency to tie up and imprison the Doctor, once for an entire year! It would be harder to believe he didn't do anything untoward in all that time... The Doctor is over 900 years old (and has a granddaughter). Rose, who was canonically in love with him and settled down with his clone, was a 19-year-old girl. Age difference of roughly nine centuries. I'm saying nothing. The worst part? He's been saying he's 900 for centuries. Seriously, the Doctor does a really good job of avoiding this trope when you think about it. The Dream Lord mocks him for this in "Amy's Choice", saying that he abandons people once they "grow up" and that "the old man prefers the company of the young". "Minnie the Menace" from "The End of Time". Who wouldn't want to grope the Doctor's butt? Amy Pond towards the Doctor. And Captain Jack will get you bi tonight. |

Warrior Cats: After Spottedleaf's Heart, Thistleclaw has gotten this treatment. Age Gap Romances are nothing new to the series; however, pairings involving apprentices (who are usually 6-12 months old, roughly the equivalent of 10-14 in humans) and warriors are almost unheard of. Cats can reach sexual maturity as early as 6 months, but it's recommended they don't have kittens until they're at least 1 year old. Thistleclaw already had an adult child when he fell for Spottedpaw, who was still an apprentice at the time. This is essentially the equivalent of an older adult trying to woo a preteen or early teenager. It's likely that as Thistleclaw is a Hate Sink character, he was made to fall for an apprentice as a way of making fans hate him more... and it worked. Many detractors make fun of Spottedleaf for falling in love with the young Firepaw and find her even creepier for continuing to have Ship Tease with Firestar even after she's died and he's moved on and had kits with another. However, this view on Spottedleaf has become less common after Spottedleaf's Heart, where it's shown that as an apprentince, Spottedleaf herself was essentially groomed and manipulated by an adult. Ashfur has a bad reputation of being a yandere Crazy Jealous Guy who tries to make Squirrelflight love him, even after she's had children with another. His reputation isn't helped by the fact that he's Squirrelflight's uncle according to the writers. |

The Chronicles of Narnia: Mr. Tumnus, who lures a little girl into his cave to kidnap her, and The White Witch, who apparently enjoys invading Edmund's personal space. The White Queen Jadis is just as much a creepy pedo in the books as in the films. She offers Digory (the future Professor Kirk) kingship over Narnia in the first book chronologically — with her as queen, of course. Then she pulls the same stuff with Edmund, and her creepy levels go up to ten because Digory is a better boy to begin with, while Edmund is a surly jerk who doesn't need much tempting — he gets better, of course. Plus The White Queen offers Edmund sweets before giving him a ride in her sleigh. "Want some [candy] little boy?" |

Home Alone: Kevin's Uncle Frank is viewed as a Creepy Uncle due to a Deleted Scene in which he pulls Kevin's pants down. Then there's the bit in the second film where he tells Kevin that if he ever saw him naked, he'd grow up never feeling like a real man.

Giles from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, you got to wonder why no one questioned him always being alone with teenage girls. Lampshaded three times: First one: Second... And three! Angel too, of course. He's a centuries-old vampire, and even without taking that into account, the flashback to his funeral establishes that he was turned at twenty-six. It's completely canon that he and Buffy consummated when she had just turned seventeen, and were at the stage of regular making out before this, but properly understood, this isn't squicky. The memetic interpretation is that Angel is an Ephebophile who was planning to exploit Buffy from the moment he laid eyes on her. The best fodder for such an interpretation is the flashback scene in "Becoming Part 1" in which Buffy is just a sixteen-year-old coming out of school, giggling girlishly with her friends, while Angel sits in a car parked in the shadows, watching her without her knowing he exists. |

It: Pennywise The Dancing Clown will eat your children, but only after he terrifies the living daylights out of them, since he believes that "you all taste so much better when you're afraid!" In the movie adaption, Tim Curry exaggerates this. Probably had to do with the fact that he crawled out of the drain while a kid was taking a shower and watched him, and lured another kid down into a storm drain with false promises of "cotton candy, balloons, rides, and other various surprises". Not to mention the countless other times where he tried to tempt people with balloons or stared at a lady with a rape face and repeatedly asked her really creepily, "Don't you want it?" "Kiss me, fatboy!"

In Star Trek: Voyager, due to some Unfortunate Implications of the Ocampan lifespan, Neelix's relationship with Kes can easily be interpreted as pedophilic. It doesn't help that he can also be come off as rather possessive and just plain creepy, particularly in the earlier seasons.

Soundwave has already gotten this for "raping" a satellite in Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen. Which of course leads to Crack Fics about the two (the satellite being upgrade to a female Autobot). Also in the third movie, Soundwave holds Carly hostage inside his vehicle form and proceeds to threaten her with several sharp metal tendrils.

Merlin has Gaius, to an extent, based on several slightly squicky scenes where he asks young men to take off their shirts, and drugs them, then sits and watches them fall asleep. He's a physician. The shirt needed to be taken off so that he could assess the damage and possibly apply the necessary medicine. While drugging Arthur was unethical to the extreme, he was ordered to by the king, and, at least, he did do the responsible thing and stay close by in case Arthur had a reaction to the drug. He didn't have to look like he enjoyed it, though...
