Covet (Music)	comment	Covet is a Math Rock/Progressive Rock instrumental trio from San Francisco, California. It was started by their guitarist, Yvette Young, who previously released an acoustic math rock album showcasing a lot of what would be Covet's trademarks; calm, soothing riffs and time signature changes that coincide with fantastic instrumentation, and got her start in music posting videos of herself playing guitar on Youtube. The band eventually came together to create Currents, which would give them acclaim for the moody, soft melodies and precision guitar work, and get them on tour with bands like CHON and Polyphia.They're also a bunch of goofballs that spend plenty of time making fun of themselves while they're on the road and in their music videos.
