Break Up Song: "My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It)", in which the protagonist is telling her boyfriend that, despite getting a new girlfriend, she'll never accept his advances if he breaks up with his new girlfriend. "You Don't Have to Worry" provides an example of the "Please Don't Go" variant. At one point, the protagonist states that she and her boyfriend's relationship has been good "up to this very day", and she'll see where "our dedication leads."

Song of Prayer: "Thanks (Prayer)" from Funky Divas is literally this. Cindy leads the prayer while Dawn, Terry, and Maxine vocalize in the background.
