Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_content_3'); })The Self-Titled, fifth album, and so far, the last release by American Progressive Metal band Mudvayne, consisting of material recorded during the same sessions that produced The New Game. Much was discussed about the album's artwork: it was printed in blacklight ink, and the album came prepackaged with a small blacklight flashlight. Without a blacklight, the cover appears entirely white. Since The End Of All Things To Come was described by the band as their "black album" (due to its all-black cover), this album is therefore the band's "white album".While this didn't have a concept tying the tracks together, the album's promotional Music Videos did have connecting visual motifs involving a man turning into a butterfly. Make of that what you will.

Design Student's Orgasm: The cover at first appears to be Minimalistic Cover Art, but once shown under a blacklight, is actually this. The image printed in reflective ink is of a man turning into some kind of alien creature with butterfly wings.
