Seize the Bay is a Crusader Kings II-style empire Quest originally created by author Unqualified Questor, set in the world of Worm one year before the events of the story. Years after the fall of the Marquis, his personal advisor and lawyer William Blake (also known as The Count), a parahuman with the power to perceive and exploit weaknesses and vulnerabilities in physical objects and living beings, has returned toBrockton Bay with what remaining members of the original Marche he could gather.
