After his monologue, he'll typically close up the first act of his show by playing games like "Who Wore It Better?" or audience games like "Search and Destroy." At the end of his first (or beginning of his second) segment often comes the "Sacred Cow," where Anthony jokes about things often deemed too offensive to joke about, including cancer, necrophilia, and child mortality. Anthony then begins the Panel, featuring guest comedians such as Nick Kroll or Amy Schumer, who go on to further mock tragic news stories. For the third act, Anthony and co. will continue this and close with "Defend Your Tweet", wherein Anthony's guests must defend a tweet they made at some point.
