Wildflower is a 2017 Philippine revenge drama television series on the ABS-CBN Network. It began airing in February 2017, replacing Pinoy Big Brother.After moving to Poblacion Ardiente with her parents, Lily Cruz (Xyriel Manabat) and her family meet the governor Julio Ardiente (Tirso Cruz III) and his family: his daughter Emilia (Aiko Melendez), his two grandsons Arnaldo and Diego (RK Bagatsing and Joseph Marco), and son-in-law Raul (Wendell Ramos). However, under their power and wealth lie dark secrets and lies. Julio favors Arnaldo instead of Diego, and slowly the family breaks apart as Raul seduces Lily's mother Camia (Sunshine Cruz). Out of jealousy, Emilia attempts to kill Camia and Lily's father Dante (Christian Vasquez). Witnessing this, Lily escapes Poblacion Ardiente and meets widowed Prianka Aguas (Priscilla Meirelles) who transforms her from the young and innocent Lily Cruz into the charming, vengeful Ivy Aguas (Maja Salvador), who will do anything she can to avenge her family's wrongful deaths and take down the Ardientes. | |
