Desert Speedtrap Starring Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote is a Licensed Game based on Looney Tunes, developed by Probe Entertainment and published by Sega in 1994 for the Sega Master System and Game Gear.You play as Road Runner, and the goal of each stage is to make it to the exit without losing all of your health. Among the hazards that Road Runner must dodge are crabs, scorpions, buzzards, carnivorous plants, and Wile E. Coyote, who appears at the end of each stage with an ACME Gadget he tries to catch Road Runner with. As he travels through the stages, Road Runner can eat bird seed to replenish his health. He can also collect power ups after defeating enemies, which could grant him faster speed, invincibility, or even extra lives.Not to be confused with Desert Demolition Starring Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote, developed by Blue Sky Software and published by Sega for the Sega Genesis in 1995, or Road Runner's Death Valley Rally, developed by ICOM Simulations and published by Sunsoft for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1992. | |
