Falling Fred is a 2011 Mobile Phone Game by Dedalord, about an extremely unlucky kid named Fred (full name Richardson L. Frederick the Third). It's perhaps best known aspect is the "Gore Galore" - getting hit by an obstacle is usually followed by a huge amount of graphic violence at Fred's expense.The game spawned a series of games, officially known as Fred's World: Falling Fred (2011) - The titular original game, where Fred has to survive a vertical falling for as long as possible while dodging deadly obstacles. Falling Fred Z (2011) - Features zombie version of Fred falling through two new locations with the new soundtrack. Its elements would be later incorporated into the original game. Super Falling Fred (2012) - An improved version of Falling Fred with new obstacles, customisation features and power-ups. Running Fred (2012) - A third person platformer, more closely resembling other Endless Running Games. Running Fred Sektor 51 (TBA) - A brand new game that takes place in Sektor 51, which was originally planned to be the fourth world in the original Running Fred. Skiing Fred (2013) - Another take on endless runner genre akin to Running Fred. This time Fred rides on a snowboard across various snow-themed locations. The game adds even more customisation features, like vehicles, scarfs and snowboards. Skiing Fred VERSUS (2013) - a multiplayer take on Skiing Fred, where several players can compete against each other in short races. Clicker Fred (2017) - An Idle Game, where you force Fred and his many counterparts from The Multiverse to collect Skullies for you. Football Fred (2018) - A Lighter and Softer football management sim starring Fred as a Couch.An Excuse Plot of these games is that Fred's soul was sold by his Evil Twin Alfreddo, granting him Resurrective Immortality. Unfortunately, Grimmy was assigned to kill him, and will stop at nothing.A Creator-Driven Successor to Running Fred was released by Dedalord in 2015, known as SuperSonic Jack. | |
