Fallout 1.5: Resurrection is a total conversion Game Mod for Fallout 2, created by a Czech team of developers known as the Resurrection Team, and released in October 2013. It's set in New Mexico and takes place a few years after the first Fallout. The story begins with the amnesiac main character waking up in cave infested by rats and radscorpions after being left for dead. From there, they venture out into what remains of New Mexico to find out more about their past. The mod was originally only available in the developer's native Czech, but an English translation was eventually released in July 2016. It can be found here.

The Hero Dies: No matter which ending you pick (destroy Rebirth or help them attack Albuquerque), the Thirteenth Reborn's body begins to break down. The Good Ending has them committing suicide to spare themself a slow painful death, while the Bad Ending has the Thirteenth Reborn pass away after they help Rebirth raze Albuquerque.

Fantastic Racism: The Rodriguez gang in Sedit hates ghouls, to the point of harassing a local ghoul-run inn and threatening to murder them. The Mutant Hunters kill all mutants on sight. This doesn't just involve ghouls and super mutants, but also regular human beings with minor mutations such as an extra toe.

Break Them by Talking: With a high enough speech skill, the main character can do this.
