Prisonkage was an adult side-scrolling horror game project, developed around 2014 for Windows. It was developed by an indie developer by the handle of Vos Mug (or Vosmug), who has since abandoned the project. As such, the game has no end and can only be found as a demo here.A young woman is at her swimming class, talking to a friend. Everyone else has already left. When her friend leaves, she decides to stay - and finds herself stuck in an energy shield. Mystical symbols appear around her feet, and she suddenly finds herself in a nightmarish version of the area, and looking around she can only see what appears to be the gates of Hell. A little creature appears to guide her, telling her she must find her way out and survive to atone for her sins, and speaks of a book she knows nothing about. So our heroine has to travel through a daemonic hellscape with only the creature and her swimsuit for protection, against many traps and monsters.

The Atoner: The girl is in her own hellscape maze due to someone using a magic book on her without her knowledge, but according to Gehr, all humans have done some form of crime; the daemonic book makes no distinction between genocide and littering, nor does it care why. Consequently the girl is atoning for a crime she knows nothing about; the rules state that all humans deserve to be forced to prove themselves worthy of existence in the Prisonkage. It's company policy and that's that.

Bloody Bowels of Hell: The hellscape is a mutated version of certain locations in the heroine's memories, mixed with weird corridors of flesh and tube, set with iron doors. Some areas look more artificially-constructed than others, but many passages look like they were grown out of flesh.

Fanservice: The girl spends most of the game in a swimsuit. Having come from swim training, you would think she'd be wearing a sport swimsuit which shaped the breasts and held them in place for maximum hydrodynamic efficiency, but no, her breasts are either projecting directly into space in defiance of gravity, or bouncing around as she moves. Also there is one monster type that leaps up and lands on her naked chest, staying there for at least a second and draining her health. The animation seems to show her actually opening her suit to accommodate the creature's attack. Due to the unfinished nature of the game it is unclear if this is a limitation of the animation system or the creature has a very mild form of mind control which it uses to prepare girl's bare chests to attack...?

Heart Trauma: The protagonists' health and stress is represented by a display of her heart beating inside her (view is strangely unobstructed by presence of lungs?) in the top right corner of the screen, beating faster and becoming audible as her condition deteriorates. If she falls for a spike trap and dies, you can see some of the spikes in this display, punching through her heart.
