Multiple Endings: Various ones can come up following the Round2.EXE segment, which can only be accessed with the black rings characters can find. Worst Ending - simply run out of lives, leading to either the original secret stage or a screen with ExRetro taunting Sonic and the player. Good Ending - reach the end of the game with at least one life, with ExRetro meeting his end and the damage he caused being reversed. Best Ending - upon reaching the final battle, type "S-U-P-E-R" during the cutscene, and an alternate final battle will play out, also resulting in ExRetro's end. After this, most of the ending is pretty much the same as the Good Ending. | |
