comment
Trojan is a 1986 side-scrolling Hack and Slash action game made by CAPCOM, using a format similar to Kung-Fu Master from two years ago (and incidentally sharing a director, Takashi Nishiyama) but now recycled in a post-apocalyptic setting. In the aftermath of a nuclear war, the souls of warlords from the past have been brought back to life, destroying what remains of civilizations, with Achilles (yes, that Achilles) ruling the world. You are among the survivors of the takeover, and adopting the name "Hero Trojan", you must battle enemies ranging from gladiators to pirates to punks. The game later has a re-release on the NES with additional features, including a Versus Mode for two-player.

Cut and Paste Environments: The game does this rather frequently, though it might be excused given it's age. For instance, the third stage; you travel down multiple floors via elevator, killing mooks on each stage, until you reach the level's basement. You then find an exit, and travels upwards via elevator, through multiple floors, all of them which are recycled areas from the first half.
